Hell yeah. And everyone should be doing physical training all you can individually cause that's simple, actual training is more mental and going through the motions for most stuff though some will waste you Haha. Have to do a lot before live fire movements because that is very dangerous training mostly done with the movements before. Any of y'all planning to meet again just try to make sure you have a combat loadout with rifle and LBV/chest rig or any mag carrier and water. Everything else is just extra good on top but not essential.

I'd like to start going on runs with people in Stillwater if anyone's available. It's easier to stay committed if you're working out with friends
