since I obviously do not know the right way to do whatever I am looking up, I primarily judge it by how it is written/presented

after you've done enough stuff and read enough tutorials, you notice people who know their stuff write in a certain way that is really difficult to emulate

so after you get used to what that is, you line up 5 tutorials and you can pretty much tell who will know their stuff without even knowing who is really right
