Well, there is two ways of delivering packages to Spain. One have some special tracking numbers, that deliver really fast and you have to sign to have them. The others are regular international tracking numbers like RB*****SG. The package had one of the latter

They never charged me for delivery with those, but still, most of the packages I get have the special tracking code

About a year later of me dealing with this I decided to try out their warranty. I bought the Wave in the US (ebay), and they told me to send it in to a local store

They warned me it might take up to 60 days to check the originality of my tool as I didn't have my receipt anymore

7 days later I got a brand new tool in the mail along with a brand new carry pouch
