Just got done talking to my friend about the JQ and race realism. It really looks like it has sunk in. I've got more to tell him, but its a start.

So I don't exactly remember what I was doing last New Year's, but I do know in a short 5 months we've gone from 25 mildly experienced Texan activists fresh recovering from Cville and the fallout of way, way too much internet drama, to closing in on 100 guys nation wide.

We've had great demos in Houston where we crashed the anarchist bookfair, and then we staged a march through the University of Texas, and then demonstrated outside of a commie bookstore in Austin. We went to San Antonio and handed out flyers and did another demonstration in front of the Alamo, which has a great video out tomorrow.

We've overhauled our media production, too. Thanks to the guys we've managed to collect from all over. Y'all know who you are.

Florida has a new network, Utah has one as well. Maryland, Illinois, and Michigan are not far behind either. We've expanded in many other areas as well, and it's not gone unnoticed. We've been given huge pieces by the SPLC, ADL, It's Going Down, and tons of other lesser publications. We've also really cemented our place in the movement, with our radical message, and professional presentation.

We've probably put up well over two thousand posters so far, and dozens of banners, with many more to come. It's a bit strange to think I likely haven't known most of you for a year, especially not the newcomers, but I think there's a sense of community and a bond that means a lot more than you find amongst "normal" folk. I think next year will bring a whole lot for us, so long as we rise to the challenge.

If this is what us getting started looks like, I can't wait for when we really get going. We've made a lot of ground, and with the quality of guys we got, the only thing holding us back is time.

Everyone has given a lot, and sacrificed a lot to get us this far, so there's a bit of responsibility there for everyone to keep pushing forward, sometimes more for the guy next to you than the vision as a whole. Did my best to include just about everyone's activism in the collage there.

But that's enough sentimentality for about a year.
Hope I'm talking to a few hundred more guys the next time I gotta get nostalgic.

I sent ya a message about that but he has family health issues and wasnt in town. Havent gotten any legitimate hits on craigslist and till school starts up again theres not really any viable places to poster till the people come back. But school starts on the 15th so should have better luck then.

Makes sense. Could see some progress there. Maybe some new ideas will come from the NNM meeting.
