I see a few people saying the screws come loose on MOS slides but as long I torque them down and loctite them I should be ok. I can use red loctite if I really have to. I know height over bore is increased with MOS but it's got to be no more than 0.5 cm.

And milling means your slide only works with that specific optic, and it costs an order of magnitude more than the MOS upgrade depending on who does it.

And if it's a matter of the screws sheering then fuck it, I'll find titanium screws or something. I could buy a half decent AR with the money it takes to swap optics on a stock Glock.
