There are light beers that are only like 2-3g of carbs per 12oz bottle. If you are going for under 20g of carbs per day, you can fit in beer. I don't like to drink alcohol much at all really because your body cannot metabolize fat while there is alcohol in your system, but if you are having a drink, most liquor is 0g of carbs, and you can find beers that are like 2-3g. Now, they will be shitty light beers, but it will be beer.

I stay away from any of those sugar free sweeteners. I used to sell an energy drink called “zipfizz”, which had no sugar and claimed to be healthy. It had sucralose which is bad. The owner/creater ended up dying at 44, didnt say the cause.

Bad food will only make you feel worse. Overeating will only make you feel worse. Setting back your own goals will only make you feel worse. When you already feel bad, don't make yourself feel worse. Eat some good food, train hard, and stick to your goals and you will only have the argument to worry about. Overeat and binge and don't train and now you have added more stress to your plate. Stay strong and make up with your wife.

I graduated bootcamp at 6'1" 145 lbs.

Guys like us simply have faster metabolisms. You'll need to eat more than the avg guy to have the surplus calories for your body to grow.

I'm around 190 lbs now, partially because i'm in my 30's with a slower metabolism, and partially because I make a concerted effort to eat enough to be the size I want to be.

Pretty sure you can drink regular water. You just have to be sure to get that 2L of snake juice
