I guess there could be problems if asked to prove presence at the occurrence, but wouldn’t being in the state mean one would be under there laws? Unpopular opinion: guns should not be available to the general public. Thats just stupid. But the US is way past the point were it was a feasable option to get rid of them, so talking about gun control is just as stupid at this point.

I take the opposite stance. I think that the closer we had to a 100% armed adult populace, the safer we'd all be.

I think it depends on the details of armament, but its worth remembering that you can get a semi auto rifle in Canada just fine, and we don't have constant school shootings
