@Drill It's a VOCR4 from Extreme Gear Labs, the guy who designs some of the stuff for Haley Strategic. The desert tiger cordura is an out-of-production thing some small company did for Kifaru at a point in time. I believe it's 1000D, yes. Feels too thick to be 500D but I could be wrong.
