@DavidOrlando#5630 make sure you brush up on your zoning laws wherever you plan on buying. In a lot of cases zoning is more valuable than the actual land itโs on
Good point! Thanks @Deleted User
Any plumbers in the NY area?
I was just going to ask that also
If you find someone can you let me know @Deleted User ?
Absolutely. Where are you?
Im in LI
Near Albany
Even if I can find someone to help work through what I need
Same here. If there are plumbers I would be happy to give some business.
Same here only problem is my location seems to be hours away from everyone hahaa
Afternoon, folks. I am a professional, ASE certified mechanic with most of my work experience in BMW and Hyundai dealer service centers, if anyone ever needs a hand.
I am a certified yoga instructor, down to do free collective style classes for fellow WN. Also does one have to be an IE member to be added to this server?
Wish I had you around when I had my 325 @von Raudenbusch
E46?
hi everyone! iโm a music teacher if anyone ever wants to talk music theory or needs help learning guitar & piano techniques!
Hey everyone, Iโm a track and field coach โ primarily events from 3k to 10k and cross country. Feel free to message me if anyone is interested in running and wants some coaching or advice.
Definitely, Iโm new to discord. How would one go about doing that?
Let me see what I can do
Awesome.
I asked just waiting for a reply
Youโre the best!
You new to IE?
Yup. Just joined last night actually.
Welcome brother
How you find out about IE?
Glad to be here. Long story short: my older brother had a โBecome Who You Areโ sticker which got me looking into the group. That was last May, but I only applied last week.
My brother has been talking about joining IE
When she gets old enough, I'm definitely hooking my sister up here.
How old's your brother? What are his politics like? @Whitelash
21, I would say monarchism
He's smart, smarter than I am he introduced me into the alt right
About the time of the mike brown chimp out
@Whitelash#3099 Cool, he reads a lot of Moldbug?
I coach high school basketball. How do we join the fitness server?
hey buddy new to this server
glad to be aboard! ever since my announcement in our state/regional server I have been going to the gym for at least 1 hour a day
no pussy tier excuses
all thanks to IE bullying ๐
Haha. Remember man its not the time you put in-its what you do in that time!
i have been doing interval training for cardio
so i can get this fine film of fat off my gut
lol
but per suggestion of @Deleted User and Nick from NJ starting strength and the videos posted really helped me understand what i do, muscle groups, diet
and so on
Good for you man. Having more muscle will burn more calories too and you will become ripped!
hell yea
Are you doing a before and after pic
yes, me and Fashboy from NJ are gonna start going together
when i go with him the first time starting this weekend I plan to do the before pic
and after the 1st month do like a progression
I'll do a before pic too. Scrawny to brawny.
Anybody here a reseller? I've been a reseller since 2012 and am doing fairly well. The great thing about reselling is that it's a dox proof trade.
I dabble with used phones on ebay. Definitely wouldn't call myself an expert though.
I've dropped over $20k this year so far on inventory. Hoping to do atleast another 15-$20k by the end of the year.
I used to resell vintage and thrift shop finds on eBay
I've thought about opening my own thrift store but I'm pretty lazy so that seems like too much work. I like to find winners and then pull the trigger on 100-300 units and then ship them out.
Eventually you get others to do the labor. Thrift stores are one of a shrinking list of types of brick and mortar shops that still do well.
Yeah I totally think thrift stores are a gold mine. There's an indian that owns 3-4 in my city and I know he's making a killing. I could be wrong but I think they are 501c3's as well. If not there are many in my city that market themselves like they are.
@Brandon Ironside- ND Name changed?
Nope. Lemme change it for you.
@Brandon Ironside- ND There
@Pat-MA I am extremely curious what it's like coaching basketball while being a white nationalist.
@Ellis The Salvation Army is a Christian denomination with thrift stores. They hire homeless and drug addicts to work truck.
@Deleted User Thanks much!

Two most important items I can think of. Lifestraw for water and a solar light with USB for phone charging. The latter worked wonders during hurricane!
@CuckTheKikes I would be happy to chat with you about it sometime. I do coach mostly white kids but have coached all races
does someone have the IE fitness discord channel?
@Deleted User get ahold of @alecK. I think he can get you in
i gotchu fam
oops lol
beat you to it

Hey to @everyone what kind of trades would you recommend for our guys looking into trade school?
Electrical is in demand
HVAC is in heavy demand. Also welders.
Any trade is never a bad idea. I recommend electrical of the industrial nature. Tool and die , welding, pipe fitting hvac. Medical trades like X-ray tech and such are great too.
It is truly an employee's market right now in the maintenance field.
The boomers are retiring and due to the constant push for everyone to go to college there are not nearly enough skilled workers to replace them.
The ideal situation for a young man would be to find a company who will hire you and give you on the job training while paying you to go to school. I know that may be far fetched but it does happen. The only thing is you have to sign a no compete for 5 years or so.
As a young 19 year old I had that very opportunity but I pissed it away.
Lot of jobs like that paying for tech school as well
If I could do it over, I would try to be a machinist. I'm an electrician, and it's good work, and it takes a smart guy, but it's not so technical that the nogs can't do it.
@Deleted User Don't go to trade school.
I'm not.
Don't recommend it to people
If you're in a union state, talk to the union first.
If you're non-union, just get a job and they'll pay for your education
Usually
Know what's actually in pretty high demand in my area and pays well? Arborist tree-climber.
^^^
30K - 50K to start and doesn't require a ton of training
People don't understand that trees are living things, and they'll hire anyone with a saw to show up and ruin the aesthetic of their yard.
The big work in my area is clearing the tops around power lines, houses, etc
Power line workers
