Salvini & Orban!

2018-09-16 01:22:14 UTC

now if only we could get our own to speak up

2018-09-16 01:22:27 UTC

at least rand paul is condemning involvement in syria

2018-09-16 01:22:31 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN They're already in an alliance.

2018-09-16 01:22:33 UTC

They need more help in international nationalism.

2018-09-16 01:23:38 UTC

these days, you're either an international nationalist or a globalist

2018-09-16 01:55:53 UTC

My Ancestry results also skewed heavily towards English but in my case that actually makes perfect sense

2018-09-16 01:56:20 UTC

And is in line now with my LivingDNA results, so I'm inclined to think it's accurate

2018-09-16 01:57:08 UTC

an Anglo conspiracy is afoot, methinks.

2018-09-16 01:57:53 UTC

I mean, it makes sense. Anyone whose family has been in America for a long time is probably going to have some English in them

2018-09-16 01:58:04 UTC

It'd be pretty hard not to

2018-09-16 02:01:52 UTC

Yeah Iโ€™m still majority beady

2018-09-16 02:02:10 UTC

Be awsome for Trump to step in on Hungarys side with their battle with the E.U. Someone should start a petition.

2018-09-16 02:03:35 UTC

Iโ€™m also pretty sure that German/Irish census data responses are kinda inaccurate, because their self reported. So, if you donโ€™t know about your heritage, youโ€™ll likely just respond with whatever youโ€™ve been told (which can be wildly inaccurate, like the Cherokee princess story.)

2018-09-16 02:04:07 UTC

Iโ€™d wager the majority of old-stock Americans are mostly English, with some other stuff in there as well.

2018-09-16 02:04:26 UTC

Not that any of this matters now. No matter what boat you came over on, weโ€™re in the same boat now.

2018-09-16 02:07:01 UTC

I've noticed a ton of people in the South weirdly think they're Irish. I have no idea why because there actually aren't many Irish people in the South, currently or historically. Southerners are overwhelmingly English and Scottish.

2018-09-16 02:07:24 UTC

@ThisIsChris Iโ€™d wager English, but Iโ€™m not certain.

2018-09-16 02:07:26 UTC

Yeah, where did the name Scots-Irish come from?

2018-09-16 02:07:40 UTC

@Sherlock Iโ€™ve met like 4 billion people who think theyโ€™re Irish and Cherokee.

2018-09-16 02:07:43 UTC

The Scots-Irish are Scots who lived in Ireland.

2018-09-16 02:07:49 UTC

So have I haha

2018-09-16 02:07:51 UTC

It's strange

2018-09-16 02:08:29 UTC

I think that's part of the issue. A lot of Southerners are Scots-Irish and I guess they think their Scottish names are Irish names

2018-09-16 02:08:38 UTC

From the English plantation of Ulster, begun during the Tudor era. Ulster (northern Ireland,) was considered a pretty backwater area, so the English decided to pacify it by importing a lot of Scots to settle there.

2018-09-16 02:08:52 UTC

A lot of those Scots later dipped and moved to the Carolinas, etc.

2018-09-16 02:09:25 UTC

This is likely where the โ€œirish southernerโ€ thing came from- they had ancestors from Ireland, they just werenโ€™t ethnically irish.

2018-09-16 02:09:51 UTC

The โ€œCherokee bloodโ€ thing comes from family folk legend and owo Muh native blood woo.

2018-09-16 02:10:11 UTC

Youโ€™ll notice itโ€™s literally always Cherokee. No one ever claims to be Creek or Muskogee or anything.

2018-09-16 02:10:46 UTC

The great irony is that the Scots invaded Caledonia during the collapse of Western Rome

2018-09-16 02:10:52 UTC

Yeah my grandfather insists we're part Cherokee to this day even though me and my dad have both had DNA tests and both had 0% Native American DNA

2018-09-16 02:11:29 UTC

@TylerHess yeah, Scottish Gaelic is actually descended from Middle Irish. The Picts were there before them.

2018-09-16 02:11:57 UTC

I was quite disappointed to discover I was 0.4% Indian. Some dalliance in the 17th century. F-ing thot.

2018-09-16 02:12:17 UTC

@Sherlock same, although โ€œSiouxโ€ because his father was from Missouri. I looked- surprise, he was from Coventry.

2018-09-16 02:12:18 UTC

Lol

2018-09-16 02:12:54 UTC

There doesnโ€™t seem to be that family folk history thing in the north, for some reason.

2018-09-16 02:13:08 UTC

You never meet someone from Massachusetts claiming to be โ€œpart Narragansettโ€

2018-09-16 02:13:30 UTC

It's quite strange

2018-09-16 02:13:45 UTC

Maybe our grandfathers just grew up lusting after hot Indian chicks in cowboy movies

2018-09-16 02:13:49 UTC

idk

2018-09-16 02:14:06 UTC

I wonder who produced those cowboy movies

2018-09-16 02:14:08 UTC

maybe the Cherokee girls just like white guys...

2018-09-16 02:14:30 UTC

Well Mexican ones definitely do, for whatever that's worth

2018-09-16 02:14:54 UTC

I think itโ€™s probably out of the deep seated desire everyone has to belong to a group of people. Since โ€œwhite southernerโ€ has become demonized, they go with the strange โ€œCherokeeโ€ angle.

2018-09-16 02:16:23 UTC

Incidentally, my grandmotherโ€™s husband was actually a Cherokee (you can tell by looking at my half-aunts and uncles.) He uh. Got drunk and beat her a lot, so she remarried a white guy from Texas (my grandfather.)

2018-09-16 02:17:06 UTC

Nice guy

2018-09-16 02:17:08 UTC

You have my mom and her sister who look incredibly Caucasian, then I have an aunt who looks like she came from one of those velvet paintings with the moon and wolves and dream catchers etc.

2018-09-16 02:17:48 UTC

The โ€œdrunk Indianโ€ stereotype is apparently quite true, unfortunately.

2018-09-16 02:17:49 UTC

I have some distant cousins who got with blacks, but otherwise my family is huwhite af

2018-09-16 02:18:07 UTC

I think I remember reading that natives literally lack the enzyme that lets them break down alcohol.

2018-09-16 02:18:16 UTC

Yes that's true

2018-09-16 02:18:38 UTC

They have zero tolerance for it because they never had it until we came along

2018-09-16 02:19:01 UTC

I guess without agriculture, you donโ€™t really start fermenting anything.

2018-09-16 02:19:07 UTC

Yeah they are one of the rare societies on Earth that never developed a beverage with alcohol

2018-09-16 02:19:07 UTC

Alcoholism rates among Indians is extremely high

2018-09-16 02:19:49 UTC

Has historically been a huge issue for them

2018-09-16 02:19:56 UTC

Sad.

2018-09-16 02:20:12 UTC

Indeed

2018-09-16 02:42:16 UTC

As a South Dakotan I can confirm Natives can't hold their alcohol.

2018-09-16 02:46:10 UTC

Had a buddy in high school that I used to drink with and despite him weighing 100+ more than me I could still drink him under the table. I'm German-scandinavian.

2018-09-16 02:47:17 UTC

He was Dakota Sioux.

2018-09-16 02:49:19 UTC

I watched Black Panther as a laugh. It was even more disgusting than I imagined.

2018-09-16 02:50:01 UTC

I decided I'm not watching that anti-white bs.

2018-09-16 02:50:30 UTC

> "The most diverse movie in a long time"
> 90% black...

2018-09-16 02:50:36 UTC

My favorite thing about that movie is that they only have this rich and amazing civilization because theyโ€™re sitting on top of a mineral deposit. Not out of ingenuity, not out of struggle, their civilizationโ€™s success comes from its physical location and nothing else.

2018-09-16 02:50:41 UTC

Insulting!

2018-09-16 02:54:25 UTC

It's disturbing that people can support something like this and even celebrate it.

2018-09-16 02:55:40 UTC

The Indian folklore was deep in my family too.

2018-09-16 02:55:59 UTC

I donโ€™t really go to the movies much anymore. I also stopped watching cable years ago because I didnโ€™t have the time or money for it and itโ€™s staggering that people will pay money to watch whatโ€™s on cable.

2018-09-16 02:55:59 UTC

I grew up thinking I was 1/16 Cherokee

2018-09-16 02:56:13 UTC

It. Is. Always. Cherokee.

2018-09-16 02:56:22 UTC

But not a drop in me

2018-09-16 02:56:36 UTC

That partsโ€™ still a mystery! I guess itโ€™s just Cherokee because theyโ€™re well known?

2018-09-16 02:56:50 UTC

I paid for my parents to be tested too, nothing there either

2018-09-16 02:57:02 UTC

๐Ÿ’ฏ Gang.

2018-09-16 02:57:29 UTC

Itโ€™s never like Sioux or Navajo

2018-09-16 02:57:32 UTC

My family respected Cherokee in part because of the culture they had, settled farmers rather than nomads

2018-09-16 02:57:45 UTC

Or like Blackfoot

2018-09-16 02:57:57 UTC

Maybe thatโ€™s it? They were certainly one of the more civilized groups.

2018-09-16 02:58:19 UTC

And the fact they adopted written language and basically Europeanized more than other groups

2018-09-16 02:58:24 UTC

>savages
>civilized

2018-09-16 02:58:42 UTC

We had a thing in school called โ€œIndian edโ€ where some kids would go learn about Indian stuff (I guess) once a week.

2018-09-16 02:59:00 UTC

Never seen so many blue-eyed Indians in my life!

2018-09-16 02:59:46 UTC

My family was actually pretty happy to learn they weren't Indian, especially my dad. I only have one aunt who is a bit of a cat lady who still refuses to believe she isn't Indian.

2018-09-16 03:00:45 UTC

Itโ€™s why Iโ€™m so suspicious of a lot of โ€œself reportedโ€ census data. โ€œThe US is mostly German and Irish,โ€ etc. Family histories are often just wrong.

2018-09-16 03:01:07 UTC

Maybe Iโ€™ll change now that you can pay $100 and learn about your genetic makeup.

2018-09-16 03:02:25 UTC

My family always thought they were German. Our great grandmother was found as a 4 year old alone in Germany. She was taken in and brought to America. Turned out we were totally Anglo.

2018-09-16 03:03:34 UTC

I am on the process of leaving (((FBook))) the only one that likes my Tucker-tier statuses is a literal Based Black Guy. It really surprised me, he liked my Dalai Lama status.

2018-09-16 03:04:58 UTC

Just got to download all the old pictures.

2018-09-16 03:09:41 UTC

I'm so glad I never made a facebook.

2018-09-16 03:11:38 UTC

I deleted my Faceberg right after the 2016 election. I don't regret it one bit.

2018-09-16 03:12:55 UTC
2018-09-16 03:13:48 UTC

I'm giving serious thought to deleting mine, all my friends are people I actually know so....no reason to have it. I'm 18 days left on a "hate speech" ban for posting "IT'S OK TO BE WHITE" meme.

2018-09-16 03:16:26 UTC

"Third Rail" is the most blackpilling podcast. Borzoi, Spectre and Lauritz need IRL waifus.

2018-09-16 03:16:46 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD I should have. I'd still have friends

2018-09-16 03:16:59 UTC

Spectre? Smallest Pox & Spectre? @Wood-Ape - OK/MN

2018-09-16 03:17:26 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN If they unfriended you for something on Facebook, were they really "friends" to begin with?

2018-09-16 03:17:27 UTC

Are they a couple? Not trying to gossip.

2018-09-16 03:18:06 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD Well I made most of my friends as a leftist. Trying to make more. One of the reasons I joined IE

2018-09-16 03:18:15 UTC

Ah ok.

2018-09-16 03:18:54 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN Yeah, I've met them. After they got doxxed I went & visited Specs office. Smallest Pox is gooorgeous.

2018-09-16 03:19:16 UTC

Tonight a guy I once considered a shoe-in for Best Man said I have disappointed him more than anyone ever has and I am now repugnant.

2018-09-16 03:20:32 UTC

Sounds like one of those "tolerant" leftists. <:really:453005408064241674>

2018-09-16 03:21:37 UTC

@Wood-Ape - OK/MN That sucks & I feel for you. I have one friend here who is a psuedo-normie meaning he knows my views & jokingly says I'm a "Nazzee".

2018-09-16 03:22:54 UTC

I am the enemy, as they see it. It does blow. ten years of learning and improving social skills and many amazing memories are now disrupted.

2018-09-16 03:25:12 UTC

Once again, I feel for you. That sh*t hurts. We are "the enemy" only to their conditioning. I don't know you but you're my racial brother, if you're ever in VT let me know; we'll have a great white time here on the mountain.

2018-09-16 03:26:45 UTC

I actually lived near "Rut Vegas" for a while. I miss Vermont bigly

2018-09-16 03:32:03 UTC
2018-09-16 03:35:30 UTC

)))Assange(((?

2018-09-16 03:35:58 UTC

We need Tay a.i. back

2018-09-16 03:36:03 UTC

If Assange's fate was already sealed, it is now...

2018-09-16 03:37:27 UTC

Apparently a wikileaks guy disappeared and his stuff was found well off the coast of Northern Norway where he was visiting

2018-09-16 03:38:29 UTC

@Bjorn - MD Yeah, Assange has kicked the nest 1 too many times. God bless Assange despite that.

2018-09-16 03:39:09 UTC

Reminder that Snopes is just a retired couple and a cat.

2018-09-16 03:40:23 UTC
2018-09-16 03:41:30 UTC

Also the cat is the most trustworthy of the three.

2018-09-16 03:42:09 UTC

๐Ÿ˜‚

2018-09-16 03:43:56 UTC

Snopes is _infamous_ for answering โ€œquestionsโ€ based on pure conjecture which are worded similar to _the actual points of fact_ the public is discussing, but are contextually different points entirely. So, Google searches latch on to Snopes articles based on what people search on the topic, and the searchees think theyโ€™re getting โ€œthe factsโ€

2018-09-16 03:45:33 UTC

Of course, it also helps that Google engineers build in search biases that artificially boost the search score of Snopes to appear at the top

2018-09-16 03:50:41 UTC

Itโ€™s rare that snopes manages to legitimately debunk something aside from the common internet myth

2018-09-16 03:51:58 UTC

Most political stuff on there is just mainstream liberal talking points masquerading as truth.

2018-09-16 03:53:15 UTC

Snopes used to be really fun to browse before it became really political

2018-09-16 03:53:54 UTC

I used to read it when I was a kid in the 00s

2018-09-16 03:54:34 UTC

It was fun both to read about the crazy stuff that was true and the crazy myths that exist

2018-09-16 03:55:16 UTC
2018-09-16 03:59:30 UTC

RIP decent snopes

2018-09-16 04:21:33 UTC

We went to a museum earlier, followed by a dinner at a really nice German restaurant.

2018-09-16 04:25:00 UTC

not sure how to feel. An Irish guy whoโ€™s somehow Mexican just beat a Russian guy at boxing

2018-09-16 04:26:22 UTC

@Reinhard Wolff whatโ€™s your favorite German dish

2018-09-16 04:26:41 UTC

Iโ€™m hyped to get my second interview and orientation done

2018-09-16 04:27:53 UTC

Pretty great, my friend. Museum and Deutsche food sounds fantastic! I pre-ordered some new skis last night, did some stickering today, and am preparing to host some folks tomorrow to begin working on a banner. @Reinhard Wolff

2018-09-16 04:28:43 UTC

going on a road trip and postering along the way tomorrow

2018-09-16 04:29:07 UTC

@NateDahl76 Great to see the high motivation!

2018-09-16 04:30:16 UTC

@Argument of Perigee thanks man, seeing the high energy of the CO chapter is one of the reasons I decided to apply

2018-09-16 04:30:50 UTC

That's great feedback; thank you for sharing!

2018-09-16 04:30:59 UTC

No kidding, what's up with the CO chapter? yall boys are hopped up on too many *sips*

2018-09-16 04:32:46 UTC

We have a strong sense of local identity here in Colorado. I think it adds to the urgency and high-energy.

2018-09-16 04:33:09 UTC

Is Denver turning into Mexico also

2018-09-16 04:33:35 UTC

I'm very glad that things are so high energy there!

2018-09-16 04:33:42 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD Snopes was really cool in the 00s

2018-09-16 04:37:56 UTC

tfw keto and no meat in the house.

2018-09-16 04:38:24 UTC

Got any cheese or milk?

2018-09-16 04:38:48 UTC

I just moved into my own apartment so now I get to do my own shopping and cooking

2018-09-16 04:38:55 UTC

Also doing keto

2018-09-16 04:40:04 UTC

Yeah, I have cheese eggs and avocado. I just want some meant (no homo)

2018-09-16 04:40:29 UTC

milk is a bit too high sugar, no?

2018-09-16 04:41:21 UTC

Lactose is sugar.

2018-09-16 04:41:26 UTC

I suppose it probably is; however when i was bulking it was a huge staple of my diet and now i love milk lol.

2018-09-16 04:42:00 UTC

especially as your protein base

2018-09-16 04:42:02 UTC

You can't drink milk on keto, no

2018-09-16 04:42:11 UTC

Almond Milk is pretty good

2018-09-16 04:42:17 UTC

I am trying to lose muh spare tire. will bulk muscles after

2018-09-16 04:42:20 UTC

@ophiuchus I'm not terribly familiar with German cuisine, but I generally order some form of schnitzel.

2018-09-16 04:42:41 UTC

If you get almond milk, make sure it's unsweetened, though

2018-09-16 04:42:47 UTC

true

2018-09-16 04:43:09 UTC

Surprisingly, heavy cream is fine on keto

2018-09-16 04:43:46 UTC

If i couldn't drink regular milk almond milk would definitely fill that craving

2018-09-16 04:43:48 UTC

Not saying you should drink heavy cream by itself, but you can use it for stuff if you want

2018-09-16 04:44:31 UTC

Right now I'm drinking almond/coconut milk blend. Pretty good.

2018-09-16 04:45:25 UTC

There's all kinds of milk alternatives. I also bought some almond/cashew milk but haven't tried it yet.

Apparently if you go to your grocery store early in the morning you can get cheaper meat before the other customers buy it up

2018-09-16 04:59:53 UTC

Anyone ever try this?

2018-09-16 05:06:17 UTC

I've never heard of that

2018-09-16 05:07:27 UTC

@Jacob I know that a lot of times, if you show up at a bakery early in the day, your can buy stuff made the previous day at a discount, but yeah, I've never heard of the same applying to meat...

2018-09-16 05:09:04 UTC

It's because they do the mark downs in the morning. The meat probably will be close to its sell buy date, but, as long as you're going to eat it soon, seems like a good deal.

2018-09-16 05:10:09 UTC

Also, if you're going for the stuff that gets bought up quickly, it's probably pretty good quality.

2018-09-16 05:11:14 UTC

@Jacob This is generally the case.

2018-09-16 05:11:44 UTC

Yeah, makes sense.

2018-09-16 05:11:47 UTC

Nearly all markdown activity in large retailers happens before 12pm.

this game is extremely popular with young kids. I have some family members who will literally pacify their children for hours with screen time on fortnite. Its quite discerning.

2018-09-16 06:10:02 UTC

I actually got some old consoles (*siiiipp*) for my soon to be born son to play when he's older--none of that online degenerate, 100+ hours stuff

2018-09-16 06:10:34 UTC

Plus, we can play co-op Turtles in Time or race in Super Mario Kart

2018-09-16 06:10:40 UTC

*wholesome times*

2018-09-16 06:11:13 UTC

Nothing shall ever beat Ocarina Of Time.

2018-09-16 06:12:36 UTC

I actually think some games are good at teaching some lessons and skills. I know that a lot of influence on my taste of music is derived from Ocarina of time and Majoras mask. Story lines can be pretty deep too, especially Majora's.

2018-09-16 06:12:50 UTC

Nice

2018-09-16 06:13:12 UTC

I have Ocarina of Time, tried it, didn't really dig it. Link to the Past all day, though

2018-09-16 06:14:01 UTC

But then again, I didn't grow up with an N64, so the nostalgia wasn't there

2018-09-16 06:14:54 UTC

Awkward phase for 3D games

2018-09-16 06:15:22 UTC

very true.

2018-09-16 06:16:57 UTC

Early simulation games (SIM city, roller coaster tycoon, sim ant, sum farm) were very big brained.

2018-09-16 06:17:26 UTC

Strategy games, too. Good ol' Command and Conquer

2018-09-16 06:17:42 UTC

Advance Wars for game boy advance was the most fun thing ever

2018-09-16 06:18:01 UTC

comfy turn base military strategy

2018-09-16 06:20:31 UTC

Majoraโ€™s mask was my lifeblood as a kid

2018-09-16 06:21:16 UTC

Playing majoraโ€™s mask on an old 64 on misty pacific north west Saturday mornings

2018-09-16 06:21:19 UTC

Quality memories

2018-09-16 06:22:33 UTC

I'm pretty sure Majora's mask was the thing that caused me to enjoy more melancholy storylines and music.

2018-09-16 06:25:24 UTC
