A 5th dimensional wave function collapsed from hypersubjectivity into the guy running the shell station by your house
Iโm in the middle of Alabama and the dude running the shell station by my house is Kashmiri
The highest level of woke is realizing that literally every genocide is exaggerated.
Think about it. If you survived a war, are you going to be like, "eh, both sides did a few bad things"? Of course not, you're going to try to get as much sympathy as possible.
I just looked up Frazier Park and apparently it's only 85% white
and it's also 20% "Hispanic of any race"
so it's probably more like 65% white
dude that's really long
can you summarize or give me a specific paragraph to look for?
okay so I read the conclusion
the author is basically saying what I was saying
He says that it was largely the result of bad policies plus two bad harvests, and that it *might* be genocide if you use a broad enough interpretation of the word
I don't disagree with his analysis that Stalin's bad policies likely made the famine worse. The only issue I have is that the author doesn't take into account that the Kulaks were burning their own grain out of spite.
page 676
I read the page
doesn't say that Ukrainians were targeted
it also says "I do not argue that Stalin wanted to annihilate the peasants"
he deliberately starved people yes
maybe he did, but that's not the point I'm making
I'm not saying Stalin did nothing wrong, I'm just saying that there's no evidence there was a targeted campaign against Ukrainians
There's plenty of reasons Stalin was bad, we don't need to make stuff up to say he was bad
according to this faulty definition communists could never be said to commit genocide since they saw the world in terms of classes
he did undermine Ukrainian nationalism as well tho
"According to them [Davies and Wheatcroft], only taking an action whose sole objective is to cause deaths among the peasantry counts as intent. Taking an action with some other goal (e.g. exporting grain to import machinery) but which the actor certainly knows will also cause peasants to starve does not count as intentionally starving the peasants. However, this is an interpretation of 'intent' which flies in the face of the general legal interpretation."
the sort of non racial communists of the past could be said to never commit genocide since they would not have wanted that even if they did effectively do that
I think we're kinda talking past each other
thats fine
im going to bed
oh well!
My point here isn't to say whether they intentionally killed people or not. I mean, they obviously did in some cases, but that's not the point here.
The point I was making was just that there's no evidence *Ukrainians specifically* were targetted
imma pull up the undermining of ukrainian nationalism another time. goodnight
I didnโt know much here so did some reading. Vince basically said what I wanted to say and more
But let me get this straight Stalin kills 30,000 of the wealthiest, aka best, farmers in Russia.
Then he expects Ukrainians to foot the bill. And when the Ukrainians canโt perform as well he takes grain and lets them starve.
@VinceChaos Good night
I think the term genocide is the issue. Itโs genocide out of negligence.
Worse than negligence. But negligence at best.
Well have to confiscate that corn supply.
For all you language enthusiasts, do you recommend I learn Danish or Swedish first?
I haven't looked into the killing farmers thing. The point I was making was just that Ukrainians just happened to be more likely to live in grain producing areas. If you look at the map of affected areas, there's plenty of ethnic Ukrainian areas that weren't affected, and plenty of ethnic Russian areas that were affected. So, my point still stands, there's no evidence that Ukrainians specifically were being targeted.
That would depend why you're learning it
@Jacob lol I use the archives as well! Just not the Soviet ones... <:teehee:381917632359563264>
I mean the Soviet archives reveal plenty of really incriminating stuff about the Soviet Union
It's mainly cultural interest. I don't have any plans on living in Sweden or Denmark long term.
oh, if it's just out of interest, then just choose based on which country you're more interested in
or maybe choose the one that there's more resources for
Norwegian
so that way it'll be easier to learn the other one
Why Norwegian?
Danish is a nightmare to pronounce, written danish basically is written Norwegian, itโs said to be โin betweenโ Danish and Swedish
@Jacob There are things that Russia still has classified, however. 95% or more of all German art taken during the war has never turned up since then.
My great grandmother was Danish. It does not sound like a human language
@The Eternal Anglo I mean I'm sure that if something was a security threat they didn't release it, however, the Soviet archives were released with the unsavory stuff intact
you'd think if there was a targeted extermination campaign against Ukrainians we'd have at least *one* document ordering it
If you specifically want either Danish or Swedish, Iโd say Swedish
Seriously, Danish is rough to understand for other Scandinavians even. Spoken Danish, that is. Theyโre all quite similar when written.
Icelandic being a huge exception of course. Its isolation afforded it extremely conservative grammar and pronunciation.
People learning Old Norse are told to just pronounce it like Icelandic
@Evan I'm actually curious what sources you read. You can DM them if you wanna interrupt their language conversation.
๐
@Jacob makes sense. I'd be careful still. I like to find personal records from soldiers or people specifically from the region of interest to find more about something in-depth. Old soldier reports about what they saw in Ukraine during the Russian invasion is heart wrenching
My grandma was actually a teenager / young adult during World War II so I've heard some personal accounts
@Jacob Oh here is the Soviet consensus during the holodomor btw
dude
literally no one is denying that people died during that period
What does that mean?
it means nothing lmao
just that people died during the Holodomor
which literally no one here is denying
@ophiuchus Is Norwegian easier?
@Jacob so I am assuming that the Soviets are the left side of the graph?
the graph doesn't say which side is what
wait aren't the two sides on these pyramids usually representative of gender?
Yes
That's what I thought ^^
Also look at my new based and Nyanpilled pfp y'all ๐ค
Okay so wamen on the left?
sorry right
its late here
I think so
wait couldn't this entire graph be explained by World War II?
Yeah this seems to explain very little
other than what we already know
You see a serious dip around late 30s to early 40s which explains combat deaths
It's the Ukrainian Soviet consensus, it translates "Sexual - age pyramid of the population of Ukraine in 1959"
Thank you
14 years after the war
And then a solid boom around the early 20s explaining the Soviet equivalent of the baby boomers
ya
I'm not sure what this really adds
The pyramid shape means that there were high birth rates, bit short life expectancy (where the child mortalities could be explained) and slow growth rates
the life expectancy was like 30 in the Russian Empire
this is actually a pretty big improvement
@Jacob That's usually skewed by the infant mortality rate. In Ancient Rome, people who survived past the age of 10 would live to 60 or so.
that's a good point
infant mortality rates were extremely high back then
It should also be noted that this is a great example of a, "youth bulge." Youth bulges happen specifically when there is extreme political instability, or catastrophic events.
Youth bulges happen primarily during great deaths such as the depression, Arab spring events, or recessions.
Something worth noting is the question of why the USSR didn't just move the Ukrainians to a different location, had they know their food supply was running dry.
well
because then you'd have a massive influx of people in the other location
which would take up the food supply
Why not just lend food from neighboring States? Seems easier
because then the neighboring states wouldn't have enough food
Darn, that is true
Hit or miss, I guess they never miss huh
Here is a good primary source document of a first hand account during that time in Ukraine. From the U.S commission investigation of the Ukrainian starvation incident. https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=umn.31951d00831044s;view=1up;seq=265;skin=mobile
Here is the original document source for investigation here if you want it https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/002468069
Now what is interesting is that in the written accounts of what the Kulaks said, is that their land were stripped from them, and they were forcefully sent away from their land. Ukraine's only food source, pretty much, was forced away.
My point is that Ukrainians and Russians both suffered from bad policies. The narrative that Ukrainians were targeted specifically is something that's made up to antagonize Russians.
Think about it logically, Sam. These same policies prioritize short term growth and economic spending but will lead to income inequality and our industry being sent south... an Easterling will do the same work as you but for far cheaper... free trade isnโt fair trade Sam... and you think the massive excursions into the Witch Kingโs realm pay for themselves? As if... we are looking at tremendous debt speculation, a large chunk of which is owned by elves... your children will face many financial hardships
I wonder if there's a Sambo Baggins
Like a hybrid of Bilbo and Sam
Only...lower IQ

@Aaron O'regan Beautiful, it really is something worth fighting for
Iโm firmly against student loan forgiveness. University should only be for people who are aiming to become lawyers, doctors, or engineers, or for upper class people who can afford the luxury of studying as an adult. Most certainly, not for people who take out 100k in debt so they can get their BA for a goofy office job all so they could avoid getting a real skill which involves dirty hands. These people donโt know thei place and they do not deserve forgiveness for their foolery. /endrant
I have an engineering degree and seethe when hearing someone complain about being unemployed with 100k in debt because of their dance theory degree.
And how life is so unfair and that they shouldnโt have to pay their loans because they donโt have a job.
@โกClarkโก I'm not, is it really just, fair or a good idea to have a large underclass of people saddled with a 100k in debt because of potential mistake they made while under pressure from their highschool/parents?
Not to mention they'll be much more drawn to extremism and revolutionary politics as a result.
Yes the system is equally to blame indeed
I think there needs to be a better job done on the high school counseling level to help educate these kids on the options available to them, and where it can or canโt lead them
Admissions standards are too low and everyone is now expected to go. I have a relative who couldn't pass community college intro to psych. There's no reason he should have been there. Our system should have guided him to a skilled trade.
Why should we have an entire industry whose purpose is to offload the training costs of other industries onto their future employees? Colleges shouldn't even exist.
Hmm. Universities should have a concentration of the best minds in a dicipline. An individual empolyer wouldn't likely have that level of expertise to pass along.
They would, if the experts weren't all off teaching at universities.
Job training is distinct from theoretical background. Additionally, I think there is benefit to the "well rounded education" notion. And, large companies could have an additional expert or a few, but not every business model can be expected to sustain the weight of having a ton of extra people.
In Europe, only the smartest go to uni
Though, for some diciplines, I think mentor/apprenticeship could be more heavily utilized.
I mean, I can't speak to the needs of every industry. But I am a web programmer, and I am doing just fine learning without a college. I have to believe it would be similar for many industries.
I'd agree. Programming is similar to skilled trades in a way. You could make a similar arguement for medicine, tbh, which is how that used to be done - with mentors. But with that example, I'd like a doc to understand physicis and chemistry that relates to cellular biology that relates to the pharmacology before I get a medication from that doc.
@sigruna14 hot take: Server Admin hates college kiddos
Server Admin creating Identitarian SKYNET to automatically find and filter out all Spergs and infiltrators from the organisation (circa 2019 Technicolor)
I wont be pushing my kids to go to college. Overall, unless you have a very specific goal which can only be done through college, I honestly dont think it's worth the investment.
Not to mention it's more anti white propaganda preparing you to know your place in an anti white society.
I especially think women shouldn't go.
Tbh I think everybody should have a Jewish SJW teach them a class at some point. Let the kids figure out that they really do hate you.
the thing is
not everyone is equipped to deal with that
some people just kinda believe what their professors tell them
You guys ever look up that "country singer" who was offering an award for violence against those catholic kids?
https://youtu.be/-lyPhXvMawM
Tucker once again proves to be the greatest newsman of all time.
If not, look up his real name, and his song titles/lyrics. I'll leave it at that.

@Bogl - CA the guy pretending to be White to browbeat White people?
I heard he is quitting country and moving into rap.
Good. His lyrics are much more suited for that genre. He attacks pop country (rightly) and inserts something significantly worse into the country.
Peak subversion.
@Bogl - CA Who?
Wheeler Walker Jr
Wheeler Walker Jr., he basically sings about very wholesome, conservative topics
Never heard of him.
Sorry for delay. Going in and out of service.
You're lucky, he actually sings about incest, pedophilia, homosexuality and a bunch of other degenerate things.
Modern country is garbage. I grew up on it and I don't recognize it anymore. I grew up listening to Tim McGraw complain about them putting pop in his country and now he does the same damn thing, the dirty sellout.
Gotta support small country bands. Like the folks I saw open for Charlie Daniels in Valley Forge. Now they were country. Sadly I can't remember their names. Had a female singer.
@sigruna14 I went to a Tim McGraw concert a few years ago. Pushed gun control, and refused to sing any old songs that made him famous in the first place. Very sad.
@Bogl - CA That's really gross.
I never was a big fan of country, apart from a couple of Johnny Cash songs.
Of course, most the people I grew up with, at best listened to bands like Florida Georgia Line and at worst listened to hick hop.
FGL has a couple good songs, not gonna lie.
There we go
You have forced my hand. This is now a country thread. Lol
Wish I was in a better service area. This could be fun.
Thought you guys might want to see this I had a bit of a chuckle
https://twitter.com/JordanUhl/status/1092458237520199683?s=19
My YouTube app wont even open now. But I liked bands like Alabama, Geoege Strait, some Garth, Alan Jackson. I'll have to post a decent 70s to 90s playlist one day.
Do normie boomers even affect the world?
Theyre all fat and on heart medication
Why would anyone advertise to them...
Boomers have money and that's all Charlie Kirk cares about
I've been getting pretty mad a boomers lately. I had a family friend notice some of the anti white rhetoric going in and she legit thought mixing all the races seemed like a reasonable solution. I corrected her, but then told her that we wouldn't be dealing with that if her generation and her parents hadn't sold us down the river in the first place.
Why the hell should we mix away our existence in our homelands while all the other peoples still get to keep theirs intact?
That the mind-f about this. It's only happening to us and the mental warfare is so strong that it has normalized it in a lot of people's minds
So I had mentioned that I'm talking anthropology right now, right
And what's being taught is "there's no such thing as race! We're 99.9 the same thing! It's just a social construct lol!!"
Whoa
So here's the thing...when the rubber hits the road this "science" is null and void. When you're a white guy in korea race exists. When you're a white women in Saudi Arabia race exists. If you go to prison guess what? Race exists.
Chihuahuas and German shepherds are the same.
If I go to Japan and say "no were the same thing fam!" They're gonna go cool, we're deporting you cause you're not japanese and you're saying weird stuff
God bless 'em.
I've never been to prison in my life but I'm gonna assume that when you're there race isn't a social construct
So like I said. When the rubber hits the road the "science behind race" is utter nonsense. There. Rant over haha
Not to change the subject, but if you haven't seen this video, I highly recommend it. I feel like omni identitarian workshops would be so cool to put on.
Oh yeah I remember watching this. It was pretty interesting
Italy no ๐จ
Wash your hands!!!!
Lol
Does Turkey use toilet paper? That could really skew this study.
@Bogl - CA I don't think they do.
My weird simultaneously civnat/wignat friend doesn't wash his hands
One time I was at his dorm and he just pulled down his pants right in front of me to scratch himself
And then he acts like I'm the weird one for being grossed out
That is gross. Rude too.
Every map I see, Portugal and Spain are so different.
What's up with the Netherlands at 50%?
Perhaps the Dutch are immune to germs?
Or likely just a bad sample. Gibs metricsz
They're below sea level so they're already clean
What is the country that is 96 percent..is that Croatia?
No, that's Bosnia
Hold up, to be fair it says soap and water, but it didn't say anything about hand sanitizer.
ehhh
"washing" your hands with hand sanitizer is kinda gross
like from a health standpoint I guess it's fine because it'll kill the bacteria, but it doesn't physically remove what's actually on your hands
@Jacob True.
How is hand sanitizer bad? Are you getting shit on your hands? What are you doing in there?
uh
let's not discuss specifics of what people may be doing in the bathroom on here
Germaphobes...
Germ lives matter!
โ๐ฟ
G E R M A C I S T
In the bush handSani is all you have
Hey, cool it with the anti-fecalism, here.
in the Bush I have water
in the bush you don't touch any surfaces so it doesn't really matter
Soap if it's like a week
my record is backpacking trip, 17 days with just hand sani
Sami lol, reindeer
I think we should change the topic now
Reindeer!
Sportsball?
Reindeer polo
To respond to the topic from earlier, I don't think we should be too hard on people who went to college and did a dumb major
Most of them made that decision at a very young age, often under pressure by parents and school counselors
It's very difficult to say "no" at that age
Same reason we have age of consent laws
We should bring back the ancient practice of reindeer domestication
๐ฆ โ <:deye:359010025223618570>
I bet reindeer are delicious
Can confirm
In Juneau & Anchorage there are reindeer and/or caribou braut stands
What is reindeer meat like?
Sure, by the time they take out the loan, they're over the age of 18 (I think that's how it works)
But the thing is, the process is already set in motion when they're kids. They've already been preparing for their specific major and taking classes for that and they kind of face a dilemma. Either take out a loan, or have all those preparations go to waste.
A lot like elk. Fattier than deer but less fatty than beef
Similar to bison?
I am sure the brauts had bacon fat in them
I haven't had elm
In my personal case, I actually started college when I was 16. In hindsight, it wasn't a good decision, because I effectively had to prepare for college and plan out my life when I was like 14.
Now I'm facing the consequences of decisions made by teenage me and it's pretty stressful<:nervous:359009898115104770>
@Josh M. -OH Hard for me to say. All the bison I've had was steak or burger, but all of the caribou & reindeer I have had is sausage or in a chili
Sausage is cheating. Like deer sausage.
