Giving blood once a month or so isn't terrible...good way to get rid of toxins. One of the reasons women live longer than men. There are drawbacks to "donating" plasma though, so I'd rather just get in a good fight every once in a while. Been thinking of taking up hockey.

Totally just realized that article in media about IE was about my postering. Literally 3 stickers and two posters and it got an article.

Generally I would say there is little to be gained, however I don't think an occasional comment or thread once in a blue moon is really too detrimental. The difference in tone and substance is pretty marked. One subtweet vs a 35 tweets about Patrick/IE in a week (Egghead McLaren) makes us look like the measured and responsible party (we are).

A certain amount of publicly confirming we are not associated with these morons is definitely a good thing.

Not everybody might know that. One of the biggest attacks on us is that we're really the exact same as all the other extremist type of groups, and that's why the "don't punch right" rule.
