@OMGDwayne Yeah I was shocked when I got redpilled on how ancient age stats are pretty sweked because of infant mortality
I prefer "Somnolescently challenged"
@Selma Eating a bit of natural peanut butter with only peanuts in it is fine, especially if you have a diet that is low in fat. Most of the fats in peanut butter are unsaturated
If you lived past 30 you were probably in pretty good shape lifespan wise
It's not even that late tho.
@Nemets They're great at finding "lost" votes last minute. They've nearly flipped Florida senate and governor blue and Arizona senate now has a democrat lead. A late night vote dump out of Milwaukee also defeated Scott Walker earlier
4th gen IE flyers: โI want YOU to own the Libs, White Man!
Yeah infant/child mortality was leaps and bounds higher than it is today
The best thing you can do for your health is trigger the libs. The more triggered the libs get, the more healthier you get.
in countries that aren't like. Haiti or something
We should have an IE trip to Port Au Prince
@Virgil - I'm guilty as charged. I eat Teddy's peanut butter, but it's not the best choice for people who want to reduce their omega 6 to omega 3 ratio to 1:1
or even 2:1
Y'alll ever had cookie butter?
That stuff is good
Also doesn't peanut butter have plant estrogens in it?
I don't eat sweets really
I am pretty sure the air has plant estrogens in it at this point
I stopped because every single person in my extended family has the betes.
Yeah, peanuts have a lot of phytoestrogens.
Now I don't crave sugar pretty much at all
Nice
I wish I could say the same
The peanut butter is like minimal protein with how much meat I have
^
Exactly!
I can't even eat something with generic Pillsbury Royal Icing on it
But I am going to get a cupcake rn and there's nothing the Nutrition Nuts can do about it
makes me sick
I am 100% sure that my omega ratios are unimportant in the big picture
That's not true, TMatthews, but we can agree to disagree!
Best cake is Angel Food Cake + Whipped cream + massive amount of berries
I had a great-aunt Minnie who lived to be 104. She died in 1963. I met her several times. She was till walking and talking. Her accent was deep, deep country. What was really eerie though is today I went to a local grocery store and there was a really lovely young girl working one of the cash registers, and she had the same accent as my old Aunt Minnie. I felt like I was seeing a ghost.
With all due respect, I don't think a single food has been mentioned in the last hour without someone saying it's bad for you
It's not just longevity that matters, but quality of life.
Eating is bad for you
There is not a single person who has eaten something and not died one day
The level in which you need to concern yourself with health foods and dieting depends on your genetics
Some gotta work harder at it than others
If I eat unhealthily, I feel it. Sometimes don't have a choice because of greasy cafeteria food, but I'll live
I'm just not that into unhealthy food
I kinda have to pay attention to what I eat because I have raging digestion issues
My old Dad smoked, drank to excess, and ate like a wild animal, and he still lived to be 88. And the last 10 years weren't all THAT bad. A lot of it is genetics. Do the best you can and accept the outcome brothers and sisters.
I have a hobby out of trying to optimize supplements and nootropics
My uncle smoked a pack of cigarettes a day and died at 45. My other uncle got colon cancer at 44.
What is a good food that is low in calories, low fat, and also filling? I work in an office and fast most days drinking coffee and eating maybe one Cliff bar, before going home for dinner. Trying to cut out sugar as much as possible.
Rice and chicken.
I have to be very very careful about what I do with my body, but if you have good genetics, go for it.
i feel pretty hale
100% Whole grain pasta is good, but it's fairly high in calories but it is the most filling thing you can eat
I used to have peanut butter toast with breakfast for a bit extra protein but it's definitely like 6g, so, since I want more fats swapped it out with butter
i need to buy some
I've been so lazy lately i just cook meat only
and drink milk + raw egg
Is apple cider vinegar a meme
Whole grains can actually act as anti-nutrients in your body, but if you enjoy it, enjoy it : 3
And I've changed how I eat to mostly meat anyway so I get enough protein
gotta count those grams
No, apple cider vinegar is legit.
but it's so gross
give me the redpill on apple cider vinegar
I wish someone would sell it in capsules so I could just swallow it
The media has "debunked" ACV multiple times, so that's all I need to know that it's actually good for you.
Fortunately here in the Southeastern United States of American, there is still a strong love of vegetables. Of course there is also a love of BBQ Pork with lots and lots of heavy red sauce. The point is you can go either way.
that's enough for me tbh
ACV tastes terrible
I take: glycine, creatine, celery juice and biogaia gastrus
There is nothing you can do to make it taste better
that might enhance the placebo tho
Regular vinegar is one thing but ACV just tastes like spoiled apple juice
I unironically enjoy the taste of apple cider vinegar in water. Hated it at first, but it's not as disgusting as liver, so.
It is literally spoiled cider
Also fortunately there is also in the SE USA a strong revulsion against the likes of Stacey Abrams. Except for our dusky wards of the state.
I work at a cider mill and if we don't throw out the jugs that have some cider in them they smell like ACV
sell them to hippies
<:usinnoodle:420778112226164736>
Donate the proceeds to IE.
That's very interesting you work at a cider mill, though.
No
It isn't
Trust me
Okay, it sounded interesting, alright?!
That's better
Stay in school kids
Go to college
is it just big metal tanks and tubing,
I take: D, b12, b7, Omega 3, obscure chinese mushroom, Acetylcholine, l-theanine, ginseng, ginko, k, and zinc
Grains, sugar, and seed oils are the cheap ingredients of highly profitable ultra-processed food. The drugs used to treat the diseases they cause are expensive, profitable, and must be taken for life. Why the establishment wants to maintain the status quo.
Piracetam sounds like a meme
I wish I could take apple cider vinegar but god
I tried piracetam, you're right
Also Ranitidine and Nexium because acid reflux
Hard cider is a delicious and invigorating alcoholic beverage.
Hard cider is pretty good fam
No there is actually a large tub of water/sanitizer mix and then many conveyor belts that lead the apples into a big multi-bladed crusher sort of that drops the pulp onto belts that get pulled under and over big rollers that squeeze as much juice out as possible. The juice falls down onto a big pan that leads to a trammel that filters out the particles as much as possible and then the juice falls into another tub that gets pumped into 600,800,1000 gallon tanks.
honestly tho, I tried the free trial of alpha brain (joe rogan's supp). I felt it
Which is then pumped and piped into a jugging machine which I operate
@Thugged Out Pissed Off damn really?
try it, I think they'll send you some for free
like 2 drink packets
๐ค
Hard cider is a very old-time thing. One of my aunts used to make it.
Trashboat that sounds epic
They also have a winery, where they make hard cider and let me tell you, that thing makes a metric buttton of money all year round
Have you guys ever had pear cider
We make that too
@ophiuchus tell me about the obscure chinese mushroom
it's dope
It's nice to work in the winery with all the cider making stuff sometimes
That's a beautiful fungus.
it really is
i am interested
That looks nasty to me
what did you read about it?
There's no accounting for taste!
>come back to chat
>fungus discussion
h-how did this happen?
@Trashboat you take it in a capsule
Identity Mushroom
No I most certainly do not
Flint, someone brought up the mushroom kingdom.
I love Mario Bros
@Selma I can't emphasize how nice hard cider is. If my old aunt was still alive I'd bring a few jugs. As it stands, I am now among the oldest in our family. Although my oldest cousin was born 20 years earlier. He's still doing great. As we've gotten older the age difference has meant less and less. He would be one of us if he was my age.
@OMGDwayne Homemade?
Based Italian saving the wahmens from the reptillian invaders
(a prophecy, really)
@Thugged Out Pissed Off Allegedly promotes nerve regrowth, and memory improvement
Dwayne, you're in your 60s you said? Why, you must be on of the older members here, and your stories and wisdom are always so enchanting.
Had it the first time at some haunted pharmacy in Beijing
It would be wonderful if you could bring hard cider, but I'm not sure if that would be allowed.
Well I mean I could but y'all would have to order it and I am under 21 so I don't think I could bring it
You're under 21? Wow. I had no idea.
babby member
Me either
The way you said "stay in school, kids"
Yeah
Don't you speak Chinese or am I confusing you with someone else?
No that is me
You could make a lot of money translating, couldn't you?
ๆ่ฏดไธญๆ
Yeah but that would be AIDS
Gen Z gang
I'm 22 going on 23, but I think I'm a millenial.
I almost did it for the air force but I would have to be in a small box underground or in a plane for like 20 hours a day listening to Chinese chatter
Yeah, 95.

Year of the dragon

You have a mighty impressive skill, though. You could definitely put it to use if you develop the stomach for it.
@Selma I'm gratified that you think so. I caught the tail end of some very old traditions. My parents both had what was essentially a 19th-century upbringing. My Dad was blue collar urban and my Mom was isolated rural. She had nine brothers and sisters, all older, so the reunions were full of ancient tales. Our earliest ancestors came over to Virginia in the 1690s and to Georgia in the 1780s. It's all surprisingly well documented.
Yeah I could but then i'd have to work with Chinese people, and I've taken the time to learn the culture and let me tell you, it is not anything similar to mine and I like mine a lot.

I lived in montreal for a while when I was a kid so I speak decent french- when I got to HS and had to take a foreign language my dad was like "don't take french you already know that" but I enrolled for french for free A
he got pissed and signed me up for Chinese and Japanese
ไฝ ็ไธญๆๆๅฅฝๆฏๆ็
I worked with Chinese in California, and they are angry, hive-minded and rigid. The Japanese are much better. I swear they're almost White. They fail the civilization test though because they are ALL Leftist. Breaks my heart.

Well, the Chinese that come over are hard working, at least I can say that.
I'm gen z and I play fortnite and minecraft regularly. im more powerful then you could possibly imagine
Bruh I can't read that last one
@Selma I can promise you that's not true for Chinese students, at least those in American universities
Oh, really? I suppose I meant they open businesses and seem to keep to themselves.
@ophiuchus @Selma Yeah same
Hey man, you've got you option/shift pressed down.
@Thugged Out Pissed Off Based
China is the only country I've been to besides the US
You have to understand that chinese students in American universities come from extremely wealthy families in china and are extremely entitled
I went to China Town in Chicago and that was all I needed to see
Their families have extensively provided for them to do well, even it means cheating
they just keep it up when they come here
Chinese students in China work harder
That's unfortunate. I did know some of them in school, they were playing the piano near-professionally at age 7.
I was with my host brother in Jiamsu and there was a car crash right in front of us. The guy turns to me and immediately says "it was probably a woman"
@Trashboat that last one is ่ฏญ
meaning language
It looked familiar
The NE Asians might be admirable people in many ways, (although I really hate the Chinese I've known) but they aren't us. They didn't build this country, and they have always voted to destroy it.
Bear in mind I have a whole folder filled to the brim with 4 years worth of Chinese learning material
ไธญๆ is the written language, ๆฑ่ฏญๆ่ ๆฎ้ๆๆฏ่ฏด็่ฏญ

It's hua
it's yu

ไธญๅฝ่ฏ
<:teehee:381917632359563264>
it's just a little bit different
You ever just take 4 years of Chinese and forget it
Yes
Same
sort of yeah
I learned over 2700 words
Everything the Asians know about modern civilization we taught them. Even in our degraded state, White STILL invent almost everything new.
They know when to relax
if you nawmsayin
The last time I used in in an actual conversation was junior year of high school
Relearning would be easier but wew I can only remember basic sentences and such
The Japanese were so successful because they realized really fast what was good and copied pretty much the entirety of western society and added their own flavor
Japanese law is based on German law, bizarrely enough
German law big gay tbh
Can't live or build houses outside of towns
That's dumb
English common law is best law
Well they went to the Germans for their army doctrine too. The British for their naval.
True that. Meiji restoration was astonishing
Ever watch the Last Samurai
Imagine being this boomer
Laura Boomer
That movie was pretty rad
FBI surveillance van is classic
Last Samuari is inspired by a true story actually, without the American coming in to help of course, but the rebellion was real
My parents moved this past month and I named their wifi network that when I set it up for them lol
@ophiuchus Ha ha. Perfect. When my parents set up their wifi network in the 2000s their password was just simply every single dog or cat any of us had owned from 1958 to 2004. I swear it was 6 inches long.
@Thugged Out Pissed Off just saw that but dude chinese driving was some of the scariest stuff I have seen in my life
But they could remember it.
@OMGDwayne god that's horrifying
I've only seen Jim's video on Laura Loomer, and can't stand her.
I didn't even put a password on my parents' network because they live in the middle of nowhere with a fence and gate around the house
no one can physically get near enough to the house to steal their wifi
lol
I'm just imagining Eustace and Muriel having wifi, from Courage the Cowardly Dog.
Nate, sorry!
That show always scared me
bout huwhat hon
u no want in general
Loved that show
Nah I said let's go to general
might pull a pizza man tomorrow
dunno yet
@ophiuchus Until close to the end though, they could remember all those pets names in order. Toward the end, I showed them how to put it on a textedit document and just cut and paste. They were both devoted Amazon and Ebay customers.
The amount of stuff my mom has bought from the goodwill's website is staggering
I got one of those nice French dutch ovens out of the deal though so ok i guess
Hey listen up fellas. I joined the Literature Club the other day, but every time I go there my comment field is forbidden to me. Have I missed a step? I really want to pontificate there.
@OMGDwayne can you not post in general?
If you're still in the announcements channel, that'll be locked
I'm in general now, right? I've been offending people on here for weeks and weeks.
You're in the IE general, yes
Can you comment in the literature club general?
I detect an ignorant moment on my part. Lemme see.
this one
@OMGDwayne ๐ I canโt wait for your pontifications
I just tagged you in a post in the channel I'm talking about
