Jews are 2% of the population. Even if they have the claimed 115 average IQ, that would be 6 million high IQ Jews. But because Whites make up 170 million Americans then you would still have 30 million whites that have higher IQs than almost all Jews

Btw even if affirmative action were to be stomped out in both its overt and covert forms, scholarships are difficult to regulate because they are essentially gifts, and they can encourage incompetents to apply who otherwise wouldn't.

I personally got in through affirmative action, because it will see facto exists

What they do is they ask essay questions that you can only reasonably answer if you're a minority

For example, they'll have a carefully worded question about diversity and cultural differences and the like
