it's also a version of the prisoner's dilemma
in order to control population of the world, we must all (we is all races) take measures to limit population growth
but if even one race ignores that, then they will overpower the other identities
so if one identity is growing at tremendous speeds, in order to survive the other races have to do the same
and then we have an even larger growth rate
What's a wholesome movie I can watch tonight?
mm. I have mixed thoughts on that point - but mostly I agree.
@micbwilli watch a John Wayne western
๐
Most of Japan is not arable, so they develop up instead of out and simply import food. America is the leading food exporter and has space for suburbs (though their cultural impact is negative) so it makes sense for us to have sprawl
Man it's been years since I watched one of those. Good idea man. ๐
Speaking of westerns and the orient - anyone seen *The Good, The Bad and the Weird*?
Korean make spaghetti western style film. I found it pretty enjoyable.
@YourFundamentalTheorum Number only matter in certain types of combat. If you have sufficient placement and tech you can take on a much larger army than yourself.
I wasn't talking exclusively about combat
other types of competitive activities experience this
Oh I see. Your getting into thing like the migrant crisis as well.
@TMatthews wouldnโt it make sense if your land is not arable, to then sprawl it and not build up, as there is plenty of land that farmed and has no other use than to be enjoyed?
Has anyone here read Camp of the Saints?
Really nice book.
Hey, whattup @โกClarkโก
long time no see.
@TMatthews like wouldnโt it make more sense to build up if your land is very farmable?
@Deleted User hey brotha
You coming to Defend the Rockies?
I am unfortunately not. Have a lot of of things going on
When Japan invaded China they had large uninhabited areas they had to pass through. It used up a lot of resources and made it hard to hold captured areas. They usually had to genocide whole cities rather than leave them behind their lines. @โกClarkโก
I made myself sad... ๐
@โกClarkโก Catch you at the next one then.
Certainly @Deleted User
Doomer...
The end product of Blackpill use...sad.
See I can't tell anymore whether I'm wearing nightmare goggles or not
โWhatโs going on big guyโ reaction WHEN
is this an NF reference?
Huh?
he always says that when he's talking to someone
"hey what's going on big guy?"
Lol yeah thatโs actually a reference to MDE/ Sam Hyde that heโs using
oh I remember that now
haha
million dollar extreme
@NateDahl76 2070 paradigm shift should get an oscar
๐๐ป
@micbwilli wholesome? Can't go wrong with Studio Ghibli
Just not grave of fireflies
I've already watched most of them.
Howlโs moving castle, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, all comfy
I just like watching how they do backgrounds
They are super comfy.
I remember seeing Princess Mononoke 15 years ago. I think it was the first DVD I ever owned.

I just got done with 3 hours worth of studying, and I'm pretty sure my brain is short-circutting
Comfy childhood memories
@Suomi Stronk reading about proforma credit union evaluation right now
Finna boutta become an uncle
Oosh. That sounds...awful.
What did you study?
Ah, just some stuff on motor development in children
Plus some stuff that dealt with the cerebellum, which I'm thankful that I'm already well aware of due to the neurology class I took last year
It's really interesting stuff that will translate well into what I want to do career wise though
So it isn't as dreadful as my English classes were
english classes are often dreadful
will have to agree with you there
My favorite of the new CK memes
Freshman English classes are miserable
Useless busywork which boils down to just โare you capable of conducting a train of thought for 3 pages?โ
The answer for a lot of people is no, apparently
I liked mine. We had to make a movie for our final project. We did a modern version of The Wife of Bath.
She was one of the more interesting Canterbury tales individuals
We had a part with a fog machine and Stranglehold by Ted Nugent.
We just got to peer-review a lot of papers written at a solid 5th grade level
peer reviews suck
many people who can't write submit their papers, and your job is to tell them nicely that they suck
Itโs hard to even start a lot of times
https://youtu.be/0c3d7QgZr7g
This is great to listen to while moving the yard and sipping.
Like โhoo wow I donโt even know where to begin with thisโ
By the way guys: the skills server has a homework-help channel. And no we don't mind just giving you the answers
I guess it's better in Bama
Depending.
I peer-reviewed a lot of inner city papers.
So let me know if you need an invite to the skills & academics server
I remember last semester Sunday night was the busiest time for that channel
Bama is nice, but it's has some crazy pockets of diversity.
I tend to be brutal in terms of encouraging people to delete sentences and paragraphs
The homework help server is nice- they patched me through understand the Black-Scholes formula last semester lmao
yeah i probably had the worst reviews in terms of helpfullness
@ophiuchus that's great, glad it helped!
Of course the problem would be that I forgot to close some parentheses
@ThisIsChris can you send me inv?
or is it member only
It's always the parentheses.
The best essays are ones that only have a couple sentences that are the same as the first draft
Sometimes itโs helpful just to have people look at your stuff, you know. You get blind-sighted.
@YourFundamentalTheorum it is IE official, but for the purposes of joining the server Pledge is good enough, I will DM you the invite now
The Chad parentheses vs the virgin bracket
This had me rolling yesterday.
the chad semicolon vs the virgin punctuation
