Anyone have any experience with primary arms 1-8 or night force 1-8? From what I read they are comparable with eo tech or trijicon 1-8. If anyone has any run time on them your input is appreciated.

@Persie the primary arms and night force will be similar but they are totally different tiers ....the nightforce is a professional battle ready scope....primary arms is hobbyist/boogaloo poor tier scope. If you want it to double as an both eyes open red dot then the 1x6 might be better... You can see out to 500 meters really well with 1x6
Might go for a primary arms 1x6 and save the nightforce for 1x8 or better and put it on a DMR or similar.
Agreed regularly. That's why I looked at the 1-8 honestly. The primary arms premier is decent competition to the lower end night force 1-8. I'll get the link to mrgunsandgear he does a good review. Without putting my hands on it I truly don't know but the glass is suppose to be significantly better then the low end primary arms regular. It prices at 1300 where the night force is 1800.
I'm not exactly itching to go expensive however I want to buy once lol. It has night vision settings although I don't know how you'd be able to use it with nvg's.
If you know of a better scope I'll definitely look. I plan on spending less than 2 k on it though.
On the nvg note I was looking at atn and don't really know the difference between their $4k and their $8k "gen4" versions.

Kings - I've been selling some weapons I don't use to fund better ones. At the top of my list is a clone of an M16A1(or 2/4). In the Marines I trained with that system, but I have also considered the idea of a ground up AR build utilizing these sights which I really like the idea of. It will function fine and you can load ammo on the cheap
For precision, look for a Lee Single Stage press

If you have time on your hands and want to make a load with a badass kill shit bullet that functions flawlessly in your rifle, it's hard to beat single stage
