I was thinking like run x distance in y time, or lift x weight for y reps on this exercise

oh, I'm thinking of just running 30 minutes a day and seeing how much distance I can improve that over time, about lifting, I'm still not at thag point yet, as for reps, I can actually do pretty good since I can finish a deck of cards without much sweat.

I'm gonna try and increase my load over time, but for now I'm just testing my limits
