Ok, jpc has been thrown around a bit for carriers. As for plates you have different ratings and material. Ceramic is tougher but cant stand up to multi hits, steel is heavier, can spall, but can stand up to hits. Lvl 3-4 should be the go to. Look at ar500, trex arms, ect
