@bress222 I divide my workdays into a schedule of 2 hour work blocks, with 30 min breaks (maybe an extra 30 minutes for lunch if needed)

Iโve been doing bicep curls squats and sit ups 3 sets of 14 at least once but usually twice or three times daily for a month but Iโm seeing no progress in terms of how much my torso jiggles, how long until I can see something, I just want a little definition itโll be a huge motivator to continue

Personally I do intermittent fasting but still eat the same more or less and have lost quite a bit of fat in a short time
