We need a Latin Spirit Pope
@powerpuff boy I loved it, but I feel like the direction/script is really a barrier for most people to enjoy it. I showed it to my buddy who is going into the seminary (and is even a decent film buff) and he really wasnt into it.
It has a VERY specific style that takes a lot of patience to understand, and even a bit longer to enjoy it.
@BottomoftheNinth#4227 yeah it definitely does but why I absolutely love it is that it pushes the conservative case for christianity to the fullest , it doesn't pull back punches for either side of the Christian political spectrum
And in the end the conservative case wins , because Kenny exposes the evil of the other side
https://catholicdoors.com/faq/1000/qu1049.htm important doctrine which is making me rethink the dating market
Usually people who believe God will provide them with someone kinda believe in soul mates
But I guess in reality it's all us
Love is something you give with great difficulty and pain for their sake, not something totally positive
i can't believe soul mates exist
depending on the definition of soulmate
not only is it scientifically unlikely
From the Matins of Holy Friday:
Thus saith the Lord to the Jews: /
“O My people, what have I done unto thee? /
Or wherein have I wearied thee? /
I gave light to thy blind and cleansed thy lepers, /
I raised up the man who lay upon his bed. /
O My people, what have I done unto thee, /
and how hast thou repaid Me? /
Instead of manna thou hast given Me gall, /
instead of water vinegar; /
instead of loving Me, thou hast nailed Me to the Cross. /
I can endure no more. /
I shall call My gentiles and they shall glorify Me /
with the Father and the Spirit; //
and I shall bestow on them eternal life.”
Today the veil of the temple is rent in twain, /
as a reproof against the transgressors; /
and the sun hides it own rays, //
seeing the Master crucified.
O lawgivers of Israel, ye Jews and Pharisees, /
the company of the apostles cries aloud to you: /
Behold the Temple that ye have destroyed; /
behold the Lamb that ye have crucified. /
Ye gave Him over to the tomb, /
but by His own power He has risen again. /
Be not deceived, ye Jews: /
for this is He Who saved you in the sea /
and led you in the wilderness. //
He is the Life and Light and Peace of the world.
Not that we should hate them, for Christ said “forgive them they know not what they do”
matt 6:14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:
Gimme some ideas for my Christian Poast tomorrow. I haven't thought about it.
I've been more common sense or touching on worldy, less theology. Not really a fan of theology.
do you know Johnathan Kleck?
I'll take the heathen @Microchip 's ideas too knowing I may well regret asking
check his youtube lots of ideas there, but don't get lost in it
I can always use a good channel eiter way. I always surf the shill and lunatic fringe channels
He's fringe but, I don't think he's a lunatic, he digs deep, maybe deeper than we should
he makes the point that adam and eve were in the image of God, but we are in the image of them post fall. stuff like that
I don't know what to think about it honestly I just tend to stick to the kjv and keep to the gospel
I'll watc it for sure but, I don't worry about that, I see no practicality in it
but ppl say
who did Cain marry
like I've got you now
He married a sister they didn't write about
Cain. Able. cannibal
Thats trickery like Jordan Maxwell
ya someone would have had to bang a mom in there somewhere, and a sister, I've thought of that too
if not trickery, twisted vanity
there was some more things said about it but I forget
ya fuck a maxwell
I'm into watcxhing weird shit too much
I havent read in like 2 years
I like how he breaks down commercials though, and points out allot of weird stuff in things like even a car commercial. pretty dope
I'd love to hurt him
I've never seen what you mention
He knows exactly what he's doing
There is word magic, he can do it.
I wouldnt hurt him
always always consult the Lord
test all spirits
Good sunday borthers
G O T O L A T I N M A S S
its not easter bruh
Divine Mercy Sunday. My priest said that people in a state of sin can receive communion if they go to confession within 20 day. I plan on going this week. Remember to say the Faustina prayer and get a plenary indulgence!
THAT IS HERESY
you cannot recieve unless you are in the state of sanctifying grace
Which is achieved after confession and maintained by not commiting a mortal sin.
oh wait i read it wrong i think
You have to be confirmed too, yeah?
nah just well read
Had my first communion though
no i mean to receive communion
i thought you have to be confirmed
yeah i have recieved my first time
And no you dont
its a seperate thing
Join the cath gang
I'm confirmed and go every sunday
Can't join gangs tho brother
Good argument against socialism and elements of capitalism
My history teacher showed us a clip of Monthy Python the other day in which they said that Jesus was a pacifist and that's why the crusades weren't justified. Is there any evidence that Jesus was actually a pacifist?
Or that the crusades weren't justified?
Is your history teacher Jewish?
nah, an old boomer lady
also he told his followers to sell their cloaks for swords
also pic related
B*omers should be gassed
"Do not assume that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword."
also look at the youtube channel

What do you guys think of religious distributism?
Been reading into it a lot lately, makes sense so far
Its good stuff
Rerum novarum, Quadregismo anno both essential reading to understand Distributism/corporatism
Also read Belloc and Chesterton, of course
Rerum novarum was what got me into it, I'll check out Chesterton's work on it also
Went to confession, first thing I see at the church is an "Unborn lives matter" poster. I might like this place.
@C Dub please pray for Ireland's upcoming abortion referendum, May 25th, we've been flat out across the country the last few weeks

Loving someone for being a child of God does not mean they are the same person. You have to love and respect the divinity of everyone, but what does that mean? Does that mean you have to sacrifice your whole nation and the people within it for that alien? Of course not.
One translation is "to will the good for someone else" rather than some of the modern definitions of love.
We should want things to work out the best for everyone and shoot for it where we can, but if by necessity we need bad things to happen, then thats okay. Basically there will always be necessary evils.
the absolute state of protestants
Nordics and protestantism is officially worse than pineapple on pizza
pope kissed the feet of ....
"lmao catholicucks btfo, the pope kissed nigger feet **goes on to engage in sodomy and despair over their meaningless existence**"
So far, all the people that have argued with me over Catholicism (recent convert) have no idea what they're talking about
Muh mary worship
If Catholics worship Mary that's still miles better than Protestantism, which is ego worship
I still don't know where I stand on spirituality, I've leaned towards both Christianity and Paganism at different points, I was hoping somebody in a similar position could shed some light or give some reasons on why Christianity or specifically Catholicism is the right path. I'm English, but I have some Mediterranean and Irish heritage and I don't really know enough to pick a denomination. Presbyterianism seems more trad but Catholicism seems more European in it's rituals and optics. Also a fanatical National Socialist so I'd only really pick one that's compatible with that worldview
If anyone has any advice on this identity/spiritual crisis I'd appreciate it
in what sense? do you agree with the racialist theory? I'm not too well read on natsoc stuff but I thought it was a german ideology
In every sense, the racial theories, economics and all ideals set out in Mein Kampf and the writings of Hitler. German Nationalism is a big aspect of the ideology but National Socialism is for all European and Aryan peoples of the world.
I'll send you a reading list if you're interested
i have a bunch of pol stuff downloaded but if you could send the most pertinent stuff that would be nice
Just sent, it's a visual reading list, all the essentials.
anyway, from what I know I'd say Catholicism would be the best if you wanted to unite Europe under Christianity
I might have to read more into the pope and Catholic teachings specifically to get a better sense of it, I think there might be a Catholic church near me
I'm in the same boat where I've oscillated between paganism and christianity, and have no idea what I actually believe. I lean towards converting back to Catholicism though
An interesting alternative to mainstream catholic churches where some of the poz has seeped in is the SSPX Catholic Churches where they keep to the way things were done before the Second Vatican Council which changed a lot of things in the 60s
I've considered delving into more Miguel Serrano and Savitri Devi and going full Esoteric Hitlerist but I want to exhaust all avenues when it comes to Christianity first
Yeah my main issue with the stuff like Esoteric Hitlerism and Nietzschean Autism is that it doesn't feel compatible. Neither really feel like holistic world views that can help you conquer despair.
I may just be missing the point entirely but I'm finding it difficult to put my faith into a Church that's corruptible and at times totally at odds with the interests of my race and what seems to me to be objectively true in National Socialism
The idea that the Jews are the chosen people and Niggers go to the same divine afterlife just seems wrong. The idea of Valhalla as a place for only for eternal heroes, martyrs and prophets who lived and died by their own iron will just feels correct.
Well the way I'd respond to that is this
A) The church is corruptible insofar as it is human, but we have an obligation to course correct it when it strays too far off path. The early writers and church fathers wrote things like that the Church may face states of necessity where it needs to be saved by any means necessary. But the fundamental teachings of the church as supposed to be infallible/incorruptible.
B) Jews being the chosen people didn't mean they were better, rather it highlights that they were worse. Some argue God chose them because of how particularly shitty they were, to show that even people that constantly worship demons and do all kinds of awful things can be saved. The Jews who accepted Christ were saved, those who denied him are basically cursed
Very interesting points
All that being said, I do still feel I'm missing something when it comes to Christianity, I might need to read more of the bible or something. Also there was 'Positive Christianity' and theories of Jesus being essentially an ethnically aryan martyr killed by the Jews
So I suppose there can be an Esoteric and still purely National Socialist interpretation of the bible.
C) Idk, niggers can go to heaven too, I don't see a problem with that. Do you see a problem with retards going to heaven? Valhalla sounds cool but does it really sound like something youd want for eternity. The idea of heaven is all of your non-essential parts are stripped away and you exist in a perfect form alongside god for all eternity.
D) National Socialism is a good political ideology I don't see anything in it that contradicts christianity inherently. I think its when you put race as the highest thing, as an idol essentially that it becomes a problem. Its entirely possible to have God, Family and Nation all at the same time though.
1 Timothy 2:12
i need some readings on the existence of god
I don't know, I feel like there should be some hierarchy in the afterlife. I 100% do not believe that even if I converted today and was a devout Christian until I died that I would deserve to go anywhere near the same afterlife as some of the brilliant men in history
a shorter summa
St. Thomas Aquinas
I think I will go to the local Catholic Church soon though, just get a better idea of it. I'm believe in fate to an extent so if I go and this one happens to be totally cucked then I might not bother. We'll see though, I might feel at home there
i'm gonna try to convert myself im getting off discord for awhile HH fellas
I think a fundamental point of Christianity is that we're all deeply deeply flawed though. And even in your flaws God will forgive you. What is a great man to God? Yet Christ died for the greatest of men and the weakest of men alike @Brook
I read A Shorter Summa awhile back and its good but didn't really feel eye opening to me. Reading Kierkegaard has really changed the way I think
I appreciate the help brothers
Believe me I've struggled with all of this too
"Is this just slave morality?"
"Is this religion too egalitarian?"
"Is it too denying of this life?"
"Why do I want to join a religion that's rooted in Jews?"
But gradually these seem less and less important to me and it seems like the real root thing keeping me from it is whether or not I'm willing to believe it, pure and simple.
when the commie outlets are giving this praise and attention it really irks me
if he told the boy yes he is a heretic
if the father repented before he died
he obviously didnt
he was an atheist
but you can probably assume he didnt
why would he repent
no comedy pls
well youre not gonna tell a kid his dad is in hell
if u read the atrilcle the pope wiggles his way out of iut by saying god decides
Yeah the optics of that is not good but he should not say he is in heaven either
id probably do the same
he didnt say he was in heaven
the commies are making it seem that way
to undermine the faith
yeah I know
par the for course
the pope advocates for the destruction of europe
i am conflicted
this pope is lame
not much to be conflicted about
we should help all peoples to be prosperous
i really hope we get a polish pope
trade is the way to do it
Ill settle for one that isnt a jesuit
the pope needs to be impeached
What'll be interesting is if Francis dies before Benedict
I'm the only Catholic in my friend group and they're ALWAYS asking me about crap the pope does. He's a jesuit wtf do you want
Are Jesuits heretical?
They are often communists
@Brook I doubt there's a single trad Catholic alive who has a positive view of the Jesuits
Oh wow, I wonder how they became so terrible
One take I heard is that they started out pozzed, then were good for awhile, and now they're pozzed again. They've had a complicated history, I don't know much about it.
Just don't confused based Jesuits of the past with the commie type ones nowadays
A pretty basic take is that they were viewed as the intellectual arm of the church. The Marxists purposefully infiltrated all intellectual institutions. It's not too hard to see how things eneded up how they are now
Fellas i finally have the opportunity to go to a latin mass this evening. Should I do it? Honestly, I don't fully understand how it works nor is my Latin understanding solid. It's a SSPX parish if that matters
yes and sit in the back
SSPX members can be a bit loony so try to find a local non SSPX Latin mass if you can
