Normies are waking up
Honestly the US alliance with Israel is absurd, it basically makes it extremely difficult for Islamic countries to make deals with the US
It hasn't hindered the Saudis ๐
It actually has
They have to play a balancing act with their own populace
We need someone who isn't explicitly anti Israel to take power who will use an excuse to cut aid to Israel. They will retaliate in an obscene way, which would give us an excuse to register AIPAC as a foreign lobbying firm
If the US weren't aligned with a weak nation of 15 million Jews then they'd have been able to turn Saudi into the regional hegemon decades ago
And hopefully Israel would continue to escalate until we could end the alliance
It's not even 15 million Jews. Its 6 million joos and a few million muslims
We need a justification for terminating the alliance with Israel. Kicking them out of an alliance will irreparably harm our reputation.
If we get a Rand Paul style guy in charge who wants to shrink the foreign aid budget, and Israel throws a very public kvetching over lowering their aid, we would be able to raise awareness. If they did something stupid like fake a terror attack by mulsims on us in order to make us join them in a war, that would be reason enough to terminate an alliance
Tbh the Trump admin is already taking the most practical steps to distance the US from Israeli foreign policy, they've allowed the Russians to build naval bases in Egypt and Syria, making any large scale intervention in Syria impractical
Like how would 100,000 US troops get there if the sea route is cut off and the strait of Hormuz cut off, they'd have to land in Europe and travel through Turkey, invading from the North, gibing the Russians weeks if not months notice of a troop buildup
good point
Remembering of course that Romania and Bulgaria's PM are pro Russian,so the Russians could easily draw a Rubicon in the Balkans and prevent a US army from even getting to Turkey without starting a war in Europe, there's literally no way to hide that you're moving an army when everyone has a camera phone
watching nikki haley at the un
shes such a neocon lol
The option to invade from the south would mean a buildup in either Iraq or Jordan, with the former country being essentially on the brink of becoming an Iranian proxy
i hate her
She doesn't look Indian
waaaaa dead children
waaaaa do something
as long as russia is stays there were good maybe small strikes but thats about it
P much
Only danger is the US creates a Kurdistan
Even then
That would give the Trump/Macron axis a golden opportunity to wreck NATO by messing with Turkey
LMAO JPod is the fat fuck who said Iraq would have worked if we just killed more young adult men
@everyone Please join me today in giving the Presidential comment line a call to tell them that the American people do not want war in Syria. (202) 456-1111
>McCarthy
Gael gang owns the Whitehouse
Wasnt McCarthy the cuck that passed on the Speaker role because he didnt want to get bullied like Boehner did?
did anyone see if Russia made a statement following their veto on the UN resolution about investigating the supposed chemical attack
anything made post 1950s should probably not exist
What is AIU?
some neo-liberal fag
nehlen may be the
dumbest idiot
in the history of modern us politics
The Feddiest Fed you mean
Imagine if he got elected
looks like both McCarthy and Scalise are options for a speaker replacement
whos better?
Both seem pretty good tbh
I like Scalise
I once thought Nehlen is a self-destructing idiot wasting a once in a life time chance
but since he is a fed
everything is not real from the beginning
so
and about the speaker
first we have to secure the majority in the house
which is really dangerous
Scalise I'd imagine
If libs want him dead that's a good sign, he knows what's at stake
Scalise is a man of God
>turns out assad didnt do it
>no reason to bomb
>tons of air and sea activity, people thought trump was about to go to war with russia
>trump looks tough on russia and show of strength for north korea
>nothing actually happens
why would trump announce his plans in advance that assad would be met forcefully?
he campaigned on NOT doing that, and last time he hit syria it was a sneak attack in the dead of night
<:trump:402385775200829440>
Based drumpf
Tbh sometimes I think it's just god using a goofy boomer sinner
But then I remember that God probably doesnt care about what happens to America
that was a good take i just delivered
Great satan
The Defense department never mentioned they were "assessing evidence" before the first strike
wait we didnt strike syria yet
>vox
i dont trust anything those guys say
a lot of these projects are flat out unprofitable and duds
Any of you guys follow this John Wick of PA guy? Some interesting takes on Nunez/etc. https://www.pscp.tv/johnwickofpa/1MYGNpXVYMzxw?t=1h22m7s
I knew he was playing a character for North Korea
He's a Reagan boomer but sometimes that character acting has its place
@BikerBandito not just about profit, also power projection
Make the economy of a country like Kazakhstan reliant on Chinese trade and you've made it easier to pull out of the Russian sphere and into your own
http://amp.dailycaller.com/2018/04/11/rand-paul-balanced-budget-bill/?__twitter_impression=true Rand has more of an agenda than trump sometimes
He does things
That's really interesting that Democrats have more respect for the country than Independents, but I could see how that makes sense
@BottomoftheNinth thatโs what i was thinking. independents probably are feeling more disenfranchised
Yeah
Dems have their vision of what America "is all about"
โIndependentโ does not mean anything
Autistic libertarians, green party, real Commies, and alt right who does not consider themselves GOP
All are โindependentsโ
People are โindependentโ for a variety of reasons
