I started dieting with 116kg on first March with a waist circumference of 125cm. I'm now at 97/96.5kg and my waist circumference shrunk from 114 last month to 110cm this month. Also I can now wear jeans of the size 38 (L). When I started I wore size 44(XXL). I'm finally outside the Obesity BMI range and are now in the Overweight range. I lost about 20kg or 44 pounds for the amerimutts so far. I want to keep going until I reach about 72kg at 180cm height.

Still losing weight guys. I'm now at 91kg (200.2lb). Started on 1st March with 116kg (255.2lb) and lost about 25kg (55lb) so far. 19kg(41.8lb) left to go. I hope I can reach that weight around New years. Bodyfat went from 37% to 29%. Girth circumference from 123cm to 107cm and can now wear large sized shirts instead of XXL shirts.
