They can't force entry but if the person answers the door they can take them. If the person does not open the door, they can't do anything currently. Which is why if Trump were really trying to make deportations happen he wouldn't be announcing it for illegals to get warnings.
Though if someone were serious enough I'm sure they would be able to push through something in regards to the fact that illegals are committing a crime by being here and therefore there should be a legal right to enter their home and take them away. The point of a warrant is to prove someone is actually committing a crime so the government doesn't get in trouble for doing something but if someone is already committing a crime by merely just being in the US then there should actually be no issue.
We also have to take into account ICE as an agency is currently staffed by incompetant, partisan fuck-knuckles
