The other reason is because it's in Africa. It's remote, no one will bother us. WW3 could happen and we'd get out unscathed.

We have been doing research on this for 2 years with experts in biochemistry and botany. At first we plan to use other means like Aquaponics, but our plans are to terraform the landscape within a few years.
