Not worried. Kava is great...if they take him down, there are multiple other great ones to fill the seat. POTUS will get e great Justice on SCOTUS. In reference to Christine Blasey Ford:
NOVA - "Memory Hackers" - MEREL KINDT: Researcher uses Propranolol (a common hypertension drug) to "reprogram" memories in volunteers with extreme phobias or PTSD. The experimental therapy uses repeated exposure or "reliving" an experience followed immediately with a dose of the drug to prevent "re-encoding" of the accessed memory. Neural memory works like old-school magnetic core memory. A memory has to be rewritten each time its accessed and each time the memory is rewritten with less emotional attachment.
A drug like this could also be used, I believe, to "program" a memory as well. Her work with studying deep brain structures - the amygdala and the hippocampus - may involve experimental drugs, or experimental off-label uses of existing drugs such as propranolol, which may cause tardive akathisia, hence the observed squirming, mouth movements.
This is IF the whole thing is not a FICTION and Dr. Blasey isn't simply APING behavior she has observed in her emotionally disturbed subjects. I tend to think it's a fiction because I doubt that she could hold the esteemed positions she does if she suffered from some sort of mental instability brought on by substance use/abuse. Despite the histrionics, she seems in EXTREME control at times.

So Gina Haspel CIA director just contacted Mitch McConnell and President Donald Trump yesterday in regards to Christine Blasey Ford and let them know Christine and her father are CIA and this is a smear op. I should have included this information with my correspondence with the Donald on Sunday evening the 23rd. I thought they all followed CIA movements, why weren't they already aware of this?.

In a group of consolidated class actions, three plaintiffs sued Google on behalf of internet users who claimed that their privacy was violated under the Stored Communications Act, 18 U.S.C. ยง 2701, et. seq., and California law by the companyโs disclosure of their internet search terms to third party websites. The case went to mediation, and the parties reached a settlement which they submitted to the district court for approval in July 2013.
Among the terms of the settlement were that Google would pay $5.3 million of the $8.3 million total to six cy pres recipients, provided that they agreed to dedicate the funds to promoting education and initiatives relating to internet privacy. The district court certified the class for settlement purposes, and preliminarily approved the settlement. Notice was sent out to the class in 2014, with 13 class members opting out and 5, including Thomas Frank, filing objections (โthe Objectorsโ).
{6 B} The district court approved the partiesโ settlement in 2015, and with regard to the objections, found that: (1) the cy pres award was appropriate because the award was non-distributable, (2) Rule 23(b)(3)โs superiority requirement was not affected by whether the award was cy pres, (3) there was a substantial nexus between the cy pres recipients and the interests of the class members, and there was no evidence that the partiesโ preexisting relationships with the recipients influenced the selection process, and (4) the amount of attorney fees was commensurate with the benefit to the class.
The Ninth Circuit approved the district courtโs ruling approving the settlement, holding that the district court had not abused its discretion with regard to any of the four findings described above.

A business signs contracts with its workers (or its customers, or suppliers, or anybody else for that matter), in which the workers agree that they will resolve any disputes before an arbitrator rather than a court. Employees often do not like arbitration, in part because they worry that the arbitrator will be more favorable to the employer than a court.
