You realize that NASA would have to pay out money to all of the engineers, and all of those people would have to never ever say the truth. Not to mention you can see manmade satellites from earth. It gets colder as you rise in elevation. At some point the oxygen, nitrogen, etc turns into liquid

Even though the temps for that to occur are known as are the temps in the atmosphere

And high altitude balloons don't get wet nor show signs of contraction or freezing from extremely low temps that would have to be present for those liquids

Nor an explanation of how those liquids would stay suspended in the air
