Measuring will depend on your method, evidence for flat surface does seem too good to ignore but still...

Not all waterways are flourinated, and if they are, it's at such minute amounts per/500gal that you'd never, unless allergic, experience any adverse effects FluoriNe, while the most commonly known additive to water, is not the crux of water treatment, more like an post process extra

It's valid to have concerns given Flourine's nature, and seeing reactions to other substances as you displayed above does create the mindset of "what is that doing inside you," and the answer comes down to your digestive fluids don't react in that way to Flourine, and handles it - in the approved and regulated doses - just fine. Milk also isn't, in many regions, government created. There are regulations on safety equipment and minimum standards for making it safe to drink, so flourination is even *less* common, usually reserved for larger dairy corps. So you can avoid the milk worry just fine by locally sourcing your milk from independent dairy farms
But on the subject of water (which is trated in 500 gallon to 1500 gallon tanks in a moderately sized facility), it's not always used. In the United States at least, it really only depends on your region and their local laws
It seems pretty clear to me that you just accept whatever *they* say. Even if fluoride in water wasn't bad for you, why should we be forced to drink it in our water?
It might have seemed like a good idea in the 50s, but it's now coming to light just how bad it is for you.
All of these detriments are based on the idea that individuals are getting over the agreed limits. One, that is controlled fairly easily by properly judging how soluble it is and putting and adequate amount for how much water you've used. If that's strictly enforced and your local water system isn't plumbed terribly, accurate estimations of individual dosage aren't that hard to achieve.
And yes, the benefit is dental. I can agree it's not such an enormous benefit in water so as to undeniably say it should be required. Feel free to advocate for stopping fluorine in your water with your local officials. That's your right. I don't think it should be required overall, and I don't live in a region where it is required, and I like this fact

I just don't drink the water, if the government wants to force me to drink chemicals, I'm never gunna trust them. Who knows what else they'll put in my food or water?

i just think its suspicious they would put chemicals in the water for our teeth, wouldnt you put vitamins in it instead or along with it if you are worried about health? also suspicious is who first suggested to put it in the water, also suspicious is the institute that said it was safe, the mellon institute they also said asbestos was safe.

@Etzie we are not forced to drink fluoridated water. Ppl choose it. I drink my water from an artisan well. Takes a bit extra time to go fill up 5 gallon containers but its such good water.

Distilled water is good, as stated, if you need a good system flush. It moves through your system faster because there's less to process. It's not really *bad* for your per se, but it has less benefits to it than mineral water
It is bad for you. Distilled water isn't just lacking nutrients, it flows into your cells more readily by osmosis. If you only drink distilled water, and don't consume enough salt/minerals, your cells will swell up. Your brain will also swell up (hyponatremia), building pressure against your skull and potentially cause hemorrhaging and hypoxia. This can definitely kill you or cause permanent brain damage. Doctors will have to split your skull open to reduce the pressure. Distilled water can also inflate your red blood cells to the point that they burst if concentrations are high enough.
There is a distinction to be made between being safe to drink and being a bad idea to depend on due to lack of mineral salts.
^^^ Generally your diet should be giving you all the nutrition you need, distilled would be a bad idea for like hard work in the sun, but better than like Soda
