Please share your thoughts here in the <#484514023698726912>
Yes, they do.
I saw a very good documentary.
I will share. ๐
Itโs very informative. Itโs dated 2012 but it discusses BT, an herbicide that causes the stomach of insects to explode. Thatโs probably why the insects are disappearing. And why people are getting so many illnesses these days.
Glyphosate is banned as unsafe in many countries, but it is being used rampantly in Monsantoโs Roundup and Ranger Pro products. All for GMOโs. ๐ก

Who pinged me?
I think it was an @ everyone
I had a rough day so I wasn't able to talk about it as much as I'd have liked, but the gmo controversy is one that's very interesting to me. Especially since one of my main life goals is to begin farming
Seed saving and seed libraries are important in maintaining genetic variety in crops. I'd go a little farther and say that gmo + large scale farming both do a lot of damage towards the Earth (goodbye, topsoil), communities (no Farmers Market to tighten social ties; erroded self sufficiency due to no longer saving seeds + needing to repurchase over and over again each cycle, community itself no longer being self sufficient bc all food is trucked in), and non gmo plant genetics due to accidental contamination by those plants from one farm to a neighboring one
There's been a few gmo biased websites claiming that seed saving is only something old fogies do, but it's alive and well in communities dedicated to maintaining heritage crops and rare indigenous American crops. It's also used by poorer farmers who have to save seed in order to have a harvest next season
Personally I see gmos and large scale farming to go hand in hand. Round up resistant = can get rid of weeds in a large area. Gmo corn kernals are meant to be similar sizes so they can be planted and harvested via machine instead of by hand. The gmo is designed to be friendly to these massive farms and I think the recent swell of allergies can be traced back to both of them
And that's it! Thanks for coming to my back alley plant lecture!
Oh I remembered some things, also
**Argument:** world hunger is solved via gmos
It's still a problem now and the yield of modern crops is ridiculous. Gmo companies are not boosting the yield of these plants bc they're philanthropists, they're doing it bc the surplus is revenue.
Look at the amount of food waste there is in the world. Gmos alone won't solve anything.
**Argument:** all modern crops are gmos bc we bred them from one plant. Like wild mustard greens bred into being kale, brussel sprouts, cabbage, etc. And modern wheat being the hybridization of 3 different plants. And tepary beans and and and
Selective breeding does eventually result in a variety of different plants that wouldn't exist without human intervention. But Utu of Sumer (and Katy of Ohio) aren't able to patent their wheat hybridization and sue farmers for accidental contamination of round up resistant plants popping up on their farms.
!mute @Xenobitch
Xenobitch#7268 (345759841333149708) is now muted for '**Unspecified.**', alright? <:THUMBSUP6:403560443345371137>
World hunger can be solved by Jeff bezos alone (and does not even require his entire fortune)
Also I think the"aid" that some african countries get from NGO (non governmental organisations like Unicef) and other organisations actually keep them poor and does not really help them for the longrun
So this is why I hate these mainstream charities: i think they are literally stealing money from them.

911 was what made me suspicious to how the things work in our world. It was an inside job no doubt. The thing that got me was tower 7. Many people don't even know about that tower and I didn't knew about it when I first began to listen to what the truthers talked about.
Those are silly questions and you know it. You should try looking into it.
Earth is not flat itโs thicc
It measures and observes flat so there is a good chance that it is flat
@SucculentGrandfather Your level of questioning is not even beginner level. Equivalent to pre-school actually. Do your research and than come up with something more intelligent. Another stupid ass question like that will put you in detention. Am I understood?
the scientific community has official reconigned it as flat plane
hm 16 candles detention
lol

***Question Of The Day #8***
Was 911 an inside job?
Share your thoughts here in the <#484514023698726912>
9/11 was almost certainly not an inside job, simply because it was so poorly executed. It's nearly impossible to tell whether or not a tower struck by a plane will collapse, because of the complex factors at play in the structure of the building. What caused the collapse wasn't the plane crash, but rather, the resulting fire.
The other thing is that after the previous attack (bomb under the towers), there were detailed structural analyses of the towers, so if 9/11 were an inside job, the government would have gone for a plan with a higher chance of success.
@gohan What do you mean, a higher chance of success. It was a success.
I should rephrase.
They would have gone for a plan that was certain to work.
Building 7 speaks for itself...
When you can manipulate what the masses see you've already won
Lord Aizen levels
911 was a job... inside outside, it was terrror, i guess most inside the buildings had nothing to do with the attacks at the time it happened, so i think it was more a government job, you know, diverting planes , not having the airspace secured after the first tower was hit, letting the president read his favorite book upside down in a classroom well known visit... the stand down order kept in place deliberately, the family of the supossed perpatrator was allowed to fly when no plane was allowed to fly ... there is so much that screams government job.
the alleged master mind was a CIA man "aka tim osman" the death of the alleged mastermind was filmed and viewed allegedly, but no one out side the need to know basis ever saw the footage, and the guys who allegedly did the killing were killed in a heli crash that had all the marks of a setup, as they were transported in the wrong type helicopter in the wrong area for an obvious ambush.
twin towers were build to catch atleast a 707, which was the biggest plane at the time the buildings were "erected" and still bigger than the planes that actually are said to have been flown into them.... and even that is lacking serious proof. and about proof, did you know passports would be better building materials than the stuff they made the twin towers from and building 7 ?
@gohan Itโs obvious you havenโt done your research.
Research the temps needed for steel to melt.
And you, Gwench, research the temperature needed for steel to soften.
The steel didn't have to melt, it just had to soften, deform, and physics takes care of the rest.
It was you that said it was the fire that caused the steel to weaken. Now back it up with some sauce bud.
Alright.
I want to know the temp needed for steel to soften. I want to know the max temp of an office building fire with jet fuel.
And I'll give it to you
No need to be pushy, you know I'm thorough
I know you will. ๐
Alright, so first question is, have you ever seen the aftermath of a building fire?
Not a house fire, but like, a commercial one
Yes
Have you noticed how there's no puddles of hardened steel?
No melted steel bars, but a lot of warped and twisted steel bars
You mean like this?
I meant a collapsed building, but you can see warped steel there, so I suppose
This tells us that a building can collapse if the steel structure loses its integrity.
Actually, the steel looks fine.
The rest of the building materials donโt.
Lower right
The carbon content of the steel matters as well
Does this look like a building that collapsed from softened steel? All 4 corners collapsing at the same time?
But I'm getting there
The World Trade Center towers used A36 steel, with a 0.26% carbon content.
Please answer my question. Does that look like a building collapse from weakened steel? From a not so major office fire?
Gwench, please stop trying to sidetrack me.
Let me finish.
No. Actually. This is very important.
The towers also used ASTM A242 steel, with a 0.12% carbon content
It's a tangent that I'm not going down right now.
Itโs a tangent I wish to go down. Doesnโt that look the same as the collapse of the twin towers?
Actually, it does not
Wdym?
The twin towers collapsed due to pancaking, top down
This one collapsed from the bottom, indicating a controlled demolition.
Gotcha
Lol
That image is the collapse of tower 7
Same day
Other than that, the twin towers were also far more slender, lending to a difference in basic building structure, which I'll get to later.
Yes, I know.
Tower 7 was also not on fire.
At least, not to the extent of the larger towers.
So that is the smoking gun isnโt it?
No
Because you're sidetracking me
It was an inside job.
And not letting me finish
I didn't even get to the chemistry/physics stuff yet ;-;
I was gonna pull out the iron-carbon phase diagram
But you've shown that you won't be convinced.
So it's pointless.
No. Itโs everything. The narrative is building 7 collapsed due to fire caused by debris from the twin towers.
Debris is important there Gwench
Debris causes damage
That was not a collapse from a fire. It was a controlled demolition.
Damage at the lower floors of a building creates collapses similar to explosives placed at the lower floors of a building.
Because the damage is in the same place.
You called it a controlled demolition. And youโre right. Most experts agree
I said it indicates a controlled demolition
Because of the collapse pattern
Since the base of the tower is not shown in that video, we cannot know.
It takes weeks to lay the charges for s controlled demolition. Itโs not just done in a few hours.
It was preplanned
You're not listening, but whatever.
Since you're going to keep cutting across me, I'm just going to go.
Continue then
Look up the iron-carbon phase diagram if you're interested.
No. I asked for the temps
Iโm asking you to support your claims.
And you then proceeded to distract me, and use that distraction to push a message
You can't ask for someone to support their claims, then force them on a sidetrack
So itโs your wish quit?
If you can stop cutting me off and intentionally sidetracking me, I'll support my claims.
Otherwise, there's no point to it.
Ok. Continue
Iโm waiting
Alright.
Back to what I was talking about.
The towers used A36 and ASTM A242 steel, with carbon contents of 0.26% and 0.12% respectively.
How do you know this?
The fires in the building are estimated to be at between 1800ยฐF and 2000ยฐF
Some basic research on the construction of the towers
Citation please
Are you going to call my citation biased?
It is a fair request
It is.
But if you'll call it biased immediately, there's no point in providing one
That response is quite immature.
Donโt accuse someone of something before they have done it
I'm looking for the sites again, give me a second
The websites elude me. I'll need more time to find them again
Well, there's a Popular Mechanics article that states the temperature, but it's also dedicated to debunking 9/11 conspiracy theories, so...
I figured you wouldn't accept it
