Yes, Tyler does talk in the server, however, he is extremely busy and has numerous projects. Pinging him when he is not talking will result in a warn.

**__What is the Zeducated role and how do you get the role?__**
The Zeducated role is a mini-mod role. It is meant for members that are on their way to becoming a moderator. The members that have this role are chosen by moderators for being active and helping maintain order in the server.

**__How do specialized roles work?__**
There are a set of occupational/military roles, and roles for creators. These roles can be requested from an admin. Please see <#801170121258303498> for more information.

**__How many warns before a ban?__**
The warn system is as follows:
three warns = two-hour mute
four warns = twelve-hour mute
five warns = twelve-hour ban
six warns = two-day ban
seven warns = permanent ban

The moderators and admins have discretion to ban for egregious behavior. Warnings are cleared after 10 days.

**__Why does the server have so many rules?__**
The server needs to be protected from big tech. Discord has certain rules that must be followed. This server is already on Discord’s radar and rules must be enforced to preserve the community.

**__Why is Rule 15 a thing?__**
The videos within the meme channels must be under 30 seconds for a few reasons. First, the Moderators and Zeducated members need to be able to watch the videos. If videos are longer, than the job for moderators get taken up by watching memes. In addition, when Tyler searches the server for memes, he uses the meme channels. If a video is over 30 seconds, the likelihood of him being able to use it is drastically impacted.

No. Memes are chosen by Moderators and Zeducated members from the meme channels.

The discussion and talking push the actual memes away so it is not conductive for members that come for the memes only. It also helps Zeducated members and Moderators more efficiently comb through the memes and catch the ones that break the rules, as well as for Tyler for select the memes/vids he wants to feature in his videos.
