For button down I think short sleeve is good for Summer. I don't think it would be terrible if some had long sleeves rolled up and others had short sleeves, as long as the shirts are same color and style.

Flags are good price for custom work, I searched around the web and found most places charge more. The material is high quality synthetic/cotton blend. They are very sturdy, much better than a standard cheap china nylon flag.
