Why add federalism to an already federalist society? I get it, but the logic could easily be extended to the complete dissolution of the U.K. as well. The EU seems to have a lot of other things with their mandates which donโt apparently go back to the individual states for evaluation. The mandates on immigration for the refugees seems to be first and foremost on that list.
