Without the Spirit of Yahweh within a man, man's creation may be sufferable but will not result in a condition of thriving (thrift). With prayer and supplication in all things, Christ (and blessing) is made manifest, and the world does not welcome this. When we see people of vaunted spirit AND living extravagantly, we naturally recoil. It is not recoiling from their success, unless it is the method of their "success", it is recoil for a lack of love (spirit of flagrance). Peace.

I do not believe the 501C3 is 1st amendment compliant. I do not believe the tax exempt status is worth the muzzle our spiritual leaders have been submitting to for many years.
Itโs left our churches 40% (by my personal estimation) Democratโs who support Abortion, open boarders, gay marriage and many other issues that are absolutely contrary to biblical teaching. It has greatly diminished our understanding of many biblical principles because our pastors donโt want to go there in fear of loosing tax exempt status/ loosing members.

@mrwopman just like you this infuriated me until my reading in the New Testament came alive in my soul, Jesus tells us to turn the other cheek so, to speak, in interpersonal relationships when wronged, to walk an extra mile when tasked by our taskmaster to carry their load for one mile or to give the coat off our back to those in need. These are also struggles in the Christian community that are not reported since, we are also commanded to not let the right hand know what the left hand is doing.
