So this will be the place to post and discuss about all things health-related. ๐Ÿ”ด๐Ÿ”ด Everything here is each author's opinion, since we are not doctors and nothing we say or post here is intended to treat or cure any conditions or did-eases. Just in case we get raided by the FDA or CDC or some other 3-lettered agency or 4-lettered word.๐Ÿ”ด๐Ÿ”ด

2018-03-31 14:31:14 UTC

Thanks for creating this. I am looking forward to what will be presented.

2018-03-31 14:32:16 UTC

Please ask questions! This will be a place for friendly exploration for some - those new to natural health and maybe just learning about alternatives to big pharma, or allopathic medicine including vaccinations. It is SAFE to assume that many people will fall in either side of many topics here. There will be NO bullying, NO ridiculing, NO threats or generally bad behavior OF COURSE. Oftentimes, our health or dis-ease is what awakened some of us to the GAC. So WELCOME ALL!

2018-03-31 14:35:07 UTC

@Nightwolf.j2 would you like to post a couple things like links to Dustin's videos where he speaks about Carbon 60 or any healthy topics? Or about Ormus?

2018-03-31 14:38:42 UTC

Hi @Winsome can you repost with some information about what or why? I'm having a hard time pulling up that site.

2018-03-31 14:48:02 UTC

Hello, @MamaLana Sourdough. Earthclinic.com https://www.earthclinic.com/ is a nice resource - it offers a huge database of natural remedies submitted by people from all over the world (in English). You can look up information by 'ailment' or by 'remedy'. (For example, you can look up the remedy 'Apple Cider Vinegar' and see lots of uses.) People comment on their experiences with remedies and the votes are compiled to sort the data by effectiveness. It has been very helpful to us for several years now. You don't have to create an account just to look things up.

2018-03-31 16:53:04 UTC

Wow neet. Cool place. @Winsome

2018-03-31 16:53:54 UTC

Have you tried Ormus? I was totally into alchemy since the mid 1990s. I'm curious if anyone else has and to share their experiences.

2018-03-31 17:18:55 UTC

Awesome...I just noticed this room!

2018-03-31 17:23:12 UTC

I'm making borax water today!

2018-03-31 17:35:06 UTC

Let me know how that goes, I'm interested in that as well. Will it be organic borax?

2018-03-31 19:28:46 UTC

Ive gotten off my antiinflammatory and am taking chia seeds and flax seeds because supposedly they have anti-inflammatory properties. I was using tumeric, but have a hard time with the taste. And I forget what I was even using it for!

2018-03-31 19:28:57 UTC

any info on these would be helpful.

2018-03-31 19:30:44 UTC

Also whats the best thing for building muscle? I'm just beginning to walk and lift weights again after a year of being inactive. I am not ready to have NO muscles yet! Also any good advice on losing weight at menopause age. Before surgery it was impossible to lose a pound, now it's even worse. Thanks guys!

@Nightwolf.j2 , no re: Ormus. Have you?

2018-04-01 08:20:27 UTC

I have, I've known about for a while now, I spoke Barry Carter. Who was in charge of Ormus What is it? Website. Its an amazing product, it helps everyone with many things in different ways. Its basically the 5th element. Which I think will be one of the things that will be disclosed once all the hidden suppressed tech will come out in the light.

2018-04-01 08:21:12 UTC

Read most of those articles back in the mid 90s.

2018-04-01 08:21:37 UTC

A really good video on it was the guy who rediscovered alchemy in modern day terms, David Hudson.

2018-04-01 11:44:52 UTC

@Maga gal Have you tried grinding the chia and flax seeds. I use an electric coffee grinder for about a week's worth at a time. If I have them already ground, my husband will add them to his yogurt.

2018-04-01 11:50:13 UTC

They actually come ground up. I sprinkle them on pretty much everything. My family makes fun and I donโ€™t care! @BornFree what do you take them for?

2018-04-01 11:50:56 UTC
2018-04-01 11:52:00 UTC

Chia and Flax Seeds are a good source of fiber, but also there are lots of trace minerals.

2018-04-01 11:53:39 UTC

We are always looking for ways to save money. I get ours in bulk section of the coop. It is much cheaper to grind them myself. Also, less loss of nutrients when used soon after grinding.

2018-04-01 12:20:30 UTC

We switched to coconut oil primarily because of anti-inflammatory properties. there are a lot of other benefits though. ๐Ÿ‘‰ http://www.greenmedinfo.com/blog/13-evidence-based-medicinal-properties-coconut-oil ๐Ÿ‘‰ http://coconutoil.com/study-coconut-oil-fatty-acids-have-bactericidal-and-anti-inflammatory-activities-against-acne/

2018-04-01 15:41:21 UTC

I can't eat curry often enough to get enough turmeric for health benefits, so we started using the Curamed brand, but due to serious cost difference, we switched to Vitacost.com 's "ROOT2 Turmeric Extract Curcumin C3 Complexยฎ with Bioperineยฎ" The Chia, Flax, Coconut Oil, and Curcumin are all supposed to have anti-inflammatory properties. ๐ŸŒท as well as possibly protecting against Fluoride toxicity: http://archive.is/5JZOv ๐ŸŒท Also possibly treat/prevent cancer: http://archive.is/182rl ๐ŸŒท including TNBC: http://archive.is/ZVeCk ๐ŸŒž I need to research turmeric supplements more.

2018-04-01 16:00:26 UTC

@BornFree Do you use coconut oil for cooking too? I have it and use it from time to time but I primarily use Avocado oil for cooking or Olive Oil, grape seed oil has many benifits too.

2018-04-01 17:00:14 UTC

@BornFree Thank you!

2018-04-01 19:19:21 UTC

@Maga gal ๐ŸŒบ You are most welcome. Have a wonderful Easter.

2018-04-01 19:28:09 UTC

@Nightwolf ๐ŸŒš ๐Ÿบ We have been using Coconut Oil for cooking, when it can be melted -- eggs, stirfry, pancakes. For in recipes, mostly Avocado oil or Olive oil. I have some Olive/Grapeseed oil, but usually do not think to use it. I have always loved coconut, so i found it quite easy to transition to it. My husband took a bit longer, but now he is used to it. ๐ŸŒป

2018-04-01 19:38:12 UTC

Hey, I just realized that a Youtuber my husband told me about last week is here. ๐Ÿค” Gee, it's a small world. https://www.dustinnemos.com/health ๐Ÿ‘‹

2018-04-01 19:39:02 UTC

No, NOT mysite it's Duston Nemos' site.

2018-04-02 00:00:21 UTC

Happy Easter everyone!
On the subject of coconut oil, I quit taking it because of cholesterol levels. I might have been overdoing it! I use it here and there now. I had read it only raised the good cholesterol but I guess thatโ€™s not true.

2018-04-02 00:18:10 UTC

@BornFreeinteresting vid on rice. I must begin cooking it properly!

2018-04-04 10:58:22 UTC

@TommyMac! Whoa! Last Week my hubby mentioned @Dustin Nemos to me

2018-04-05 13:53:36 UTC

Dustin Nemos is great

2018-04-08 05:10:16 UTC

Something interesting for you guys to look at if you're interested in ORMUS. Very cool vid IMO nice and concise. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taoRi-XvII0

2018-04-08 15:53:37 UTC

I'm just now catching up on Dustin videos. Does anyone have links to the new gmo experiments he referred to in the 4/4 video? Thanks.

2018-04-09 13:49:23 UTC

I few things I swear by are local raw unfiltered honey, apple cider vinegar (now made into master tonic) avocado seeds and I've heard that apricot/peach seeds provide a great amount of b-17. (They need to be roasted to cook off the cyanide) haven't yet found any that are organic so I haven't bought any yet to try.
And then there's garlic, garlic, garlic. The stuff is awesome.
I grew up on a dairy farm and played out in the pasture, Creek, pond and always got dirty, I think that is where I built up my super immunity, I'm rarely sick but if a get the sniffles I go straight for the honey and garlic. Garlic burps suck๐Ÿ˜‚ but when taken with the honey they aren't nearly as common.
In one of Dustin's videos I linked to how to make master tonic. Be sure to wear gloves if you make.
If you're nose is stopped up, grating the horseradish will cure that!!!

Ok. I have a question for anyone who has done research on the pineal gland and how to best heal it. Anyone? Also planning on healing my husband's type 1 diabetes he has had for just short of 40 years now. DM me please.

2018-04-15 22:35:24 UTC

@modsquad Pineal gland: Nascent iodine 1-2 drops/day, Magnesium, CBD oil. Also watercress, pineapple, coconut water, banana, avocado. Jordan Sather (Destroying the Illusion) and Dustin have done vids on this.

2018-04-15 23:04:54 UTC

ty @Relic 1776 will add it to the list of things to look into!

2018-04-15 23:49:37 UTC

I've gotta tell you guys... There's nothing like making up a batch of homemade body wash, face wash, dishwasher detergent and body powder to make you feel empowered and get your depressed mind off of all this war crap. Ugh!

2018-04-16 19:46:46 UTC

@jupiterdaisy#0336 how did u make ur products ๐ŸŒž

2018-04-16 19:52:06 UTC

My friend made garlic honey .. lots of organic garlic in good honey. Uses it for colds .. etc. she just used it on a chicken that was attacked by a dog and had really bad wounds and just ripped raw areas. She slathered it over all those areas and it healed really fast. Chickens usually heal fast but she says this was amazing .. she gave it a bath once wounds healed over. And chicken is ready to go back out to life. I going to make some and thought others may b interested ๐Ÿ•Š

2018-04-18 20:26:43 UTC

@hitchhiker I find my recipes in various places and perfect them for my own use. I've been doing this for about 7 years now. Thats amazing about your friend's chicken. I also make a garlic, honey and Cayenne paste for immune issues.

2018-04-19 21:12:55 UTC

@jupiterdaisy#0336, there is a product called "MediHoney" (kinda on the expensive side) which is for wound care.(I only got MediHoney recently). In 1993, I had a severe wound on my heel. Will leave out the most gory of the details, but after being in a cast for over a month, the original poorly treated heel injury finally required me to see a plastic surgeon. After removing (debriding) all of the dead tissue, I had a huge area on the back of my heel with no skin. There was a product called "duo-derm" which was basically a thin foam sheet (about 4x4 inches) with a sterile sugar compound embedded in it. These things cost me $5 each, and I had to change it every 4-5 days. The plastic surgeon told us that the duo-derm "patch" had come about because of the success of honey used in wound care.

2018-04-19 21:13:12 UTC

Without it I would have surely lost my foot. We had some amazing help which had kept my wound from getting infected, but it was only a matter of time with a wound that large.

2018-04-19 21:17:18 UTC

Original wound was beginning of September, Debriding was somewhere second to last week of October. It took until Christmas before I had new skin covering all of the wound. I used to joke that all I wanted for Christmas was not a new front tooth, but my heal healed. And I got it.

2018-04-19 21:17:50 UTC

Honey does have amazing healing properties!

2018-04-19 21:20:12 UTC

@hitchhiker Very cool info about using honey on the chicken. I am so glad that it worked so well!

2018-04-19 22:29:24 UTC

@BornFree good to know! Nature rocks doesn't she?

2018-04-20 02:23:53 UTC

@jupiterdaisy#0336 Yes. Our ๐ŸŒŽ is a wonderous place. So many amazing things. Even when everything is not ๐ŸŒˆ 's ๐Ÿฆ‹ 's and ๐Ÿฆ„ 's there are still so many amazing things. If we only take the time to look, they are right before us.

2018-04-20 02:48:35 UTC

@jupiterdaisy#0336 What proportions of garlic : honey : cayenne do you use? I make a ginger-honey which is finely grated fresh ginger covered in honey. I then use 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of this to either tea or plain hot water. I used to mince fresh ginger with a knife for ginger tea, but it is handy to have some ready-to-go in the fridge.

Are there options for COPD?

2018-04-20 14:05:38 UTC

Hello, does anyone have any experience making c60 on their own? I just finished my first batch after 2 weeks of sturring and i still had a considerable amount of c60 not desolved, laying on the bottom. Should I stir faster or just longer, or should i use oil that has a greater viscosity? I saw on youtube the same magnetic stirrer making c60 and it had more or less the same speed of stirring so i don't think it was that. anywayz have a good day

2018-04-20 16:16:55 UTC

I think I already have the answer , i'm gonna cranck it up a little bit more next time :-p

2018-05-10 15:38:24 UTC

Got it at sprouts

2018-05-10 23:37:35 UTC

I find the natural deodorants are not antiperspirants tho.m

2018-05-11 06:07:05 UTC

@creepyAnon antiperspirants are not good for your body's health. You need to perspire.

2018-05-11 06:11:11 UTC

@Stofke86#1505 there are plenty of natural options available. Crystal is one option- we use the spray so the bacteria from underarms doesn't get on applicator (like with solids or rollons). Also, if your diet is clean and your system is functioning properly, you don't really usually need to use anything. But I understand that can be offensive to some...lol. Crystal spray is a great option.

2018-05-11 09:56:18 UTC

@MamaLana Sourdough Ok thx for the info, I'm definitely going for a more natural solution.

2018-05-13 01:59:27 UTC

I stopped washing my hair with shampoo several years ago. I can wash my hair with natural kitchen products like baking soda. Baking soda also helps keep my skin clear of rough dry skin patches. It exfoliates and tightens the skin. It makes my finger nails strong and white. It relieves itching in scalp and skin. Bathing in it makes my skin soft. I use alcohol under my arms whenever I feel sweaty. Itโ€™s great to kill bad odor from germs. I skip the flouride and aluminum products and also parabens phthalate tea and dea and sodium Lauralsulfate. Coconut oil is great too for skin and teeth.

2018-05-13 13:05:54 UTC

I make an wonderful face wash out of half baking soda and half coconut oil. Yes, it is excellent for tightening and softening skin!

2018-05-14 19:16:54 UTC

Does anyone do coconut oil pulling.. first thing when u wake up switch teaspoon oil through teeth and spit out ? I do it first a few minutes then new batch 10 more min and spit out .. all kinds of benefits

2018-05-14 19:17:29 UTC

Auto correction should b swish

2018-05-14 20:16:11 UTC

No, seems interesting, u do that every morning?

2018-05-14 22:37:10 UTC

quite a bit but not every day. Itโ€™s good too though

2018-05-17 22:16:12 UTC

Does anyone happen to know the solubility of C60 in the various oils, i.e., avocado , coconut, or olive oil? 1 gram in 1 liter? Thanks in advance.

2018-05-18 23:05:54 UTC

We make each batch using 1 gram of C60 in 1400ml of Olive Oil. Since the saturation point is approximately .8mg/ml, using a ratio below this helps ensure that the C60 is fully dissolved.

2018-05-18 23:06:58 UTC

got that from buckylabs.com

2018-05-19 00:59:30 UTC

@Stofke86 Thanks...i looked at Buckland where I bought mine but couldn't find it....my magnetic stirrer is also a hotplate...any thoughts on temperature to increase the solubility without harming the C60?

2018-05-21 03:28:34 UTC

@hitchhiker You state "all kinds of benefits" to coconut oil pulling. Such as?

2018-05-23 20:30:26 UTC

2018-05-25 19:40:45 UTC

I went through childhood medicated and wish I had tried this combination then. It works better than the usual pharma.

2018-05-26 15:48:48 UTC

I also use coconut oil on my skin. Soaks in and not greasy feeling to me ... also was exposed to black mold and got sinus infection so use it in nose with essential oils .. really helped
Some put coconut oil in coffee for heart benefit
I am going to try using with ormus to see if it will regrow a cracked tooth
And coconut oil makes some dang good fried chicken and golden biscuits

2018-05-27 06:48:56 UTC

Nice, @hitchhiker ! Good stuff! What essential oils are you using?

2018-05-27 17:47:28 UTC

I used oregano oil with coconut oil to get rid of black mold in my sinus.. donโ€™t recommend that itโ€™s really harsh .. but it seems to have worked.. Iโ€™m addicted to lavender oil use it in diffuser and on skin and pillows ..and on bug bites .. also for sun bumps I get because allergic to the sun .. use lemon oil .. couple drops in H2O for colds and general pick up ..I love frankincense.. diffuse it and use on skin irritations.. I use food grade oils .. Dotera is a good brand .. I use many more for different uses. Rub some on feet .. for flus .. can list more if anyoneโ€™s interested.. but have to get ready for a meditation now ๐Ÿคฉ

fluorite crystal alsow helps absorb radiationโœŒ

2018-07-04 22:34:59 UTC

@Stofke86 Oooooooh I want one! how much was it and where did you get it?

2018-07-04 22:41:07 UTC

@hitchhiker I canโ€™t believe they actually believe the government after hearing this guy tell them that the fluoride they put in the water is from the waste created when producing glyphosate!! They arenโ€™t allowed to dump it in the ocean because itโ€™s too toxic, but they can add it to the water supply by calling it a supplement. INSANITY!!! They even wear hazmat suits when working with it! .... how does that even happen let alone get justified? Smh

2018-07-05 00:36:03 UTC

@Laurie I know. ... absolutely drives me nuts !!!!

2018-07-05 00:37:26 UTC

@Stofke86 thatโ€™s great ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

2018-07-05 15:43:53 UTC

@Laurie I bought it for 56โ‚ฌ (65.5$) on wish .com , It comes from Russia, i think must shungite comes from Russia

2018-07-05 15:47:36 UTC

@hitchhiker thx! I threw away my tooth paste with fluorite a while back! if only the people knew, what you know!

I think Dustin also has a link to Shungite on his website.

I think this is a great tooth powder. Been using it several months .. over the years hav used many non fluoride tooth pastes .. but this is the best for me. Hav a cracked tooth and actually think itโ€™s healing it .. at first it seems a bit strange .. you use it dry on tooth brush .. and there is a slight salt taste. But now I donโ€™t feel as fresh and clean using other tooth pastes ๐Ÿคฉ. Got it on amazon.. it lasts a very long time .. just donโ€™t get water into the powder ๐Ÿฟ

Dustin has talked about grinding up shungite and usining it in paint for walls. I use Diatomaceous Earth for everything from killing ants killing pests in garden to dust baths for chickens to keep mites and parasites away to killing worms in dogs and cleansing myself internally. Always use organic Diatomaceous Earth ๐Ÿค“

2018-07-26 18:29:39 UTC

Thanks Hitchhiker. We are having a problem with ants getting in our house Coffee grounds on their ant hills have helped, but so far hasn't been a long term solution. Do i just apply it to their ant hills as well?

2018-07-26 18:39:39 UTC

@lmbd yes when using outside reapply when you see them returning. They eventually leave. Use a shifter or I bought a cheap duster that poofs it on from amazon works great. Donโ€™t breath it in though... also got my organic D earth on amazon. Also Dustin has a link that helps him when you buy on amazon..

common knowledge compounds of negative effect should be avoided from testing except in cases of non human testing

2018-08-27 21:43:07 UTC

human testing of such compounds should only be used if theres a counter to those compounds to prevent lethal exposure and long term side effects and only if they volunteer'd for it.

2018-08-27 21:48:11 UTC

too many hazardous compounds are used in refining and waste management and recycling, non bio-hazard compounds/methods must be found to provide a safe enviroment for now and and in the future, any depleted oil/coal mines can be used as toxin waste dumps for anything that is too toxic and can't be broken down into safer elements/compounds. organic resin can be created from bio matter to contain such compounds(basically making synthetic coal) for long term storage for thermal convervsion(geothermal conversion of materials at source layer)

What is going on with the evacuation at the New Mexico observatory? There are some theories: 1. The site has a huge storage of mercury, which is deadly. 2. The site could be doing solar experiments, which is making our sun unstable. Perhaps these experiments caused the huge unexpected X8.9 during September 2017. What is the New Mexico observatory doing with those huge stockpiles of Hg, which is a known toxin? Why is the FBI involved along with Black Hawk helicopters? We need to get the truth as Native American tribes have been poisoned, and this is not a conspiracy theory.

2018-09-13 05:16:32 UTC

Heard that there were 5 or6 other observatories closed as well

2018-09-13 05:35:54 UTC

Any locations disclosed? Perhaps DARPA is being targeted now by the Trump Admin. DARPA has encouraged many dangerous inventions that are dangerous to the earth and to mankind. 5G is one of them. 5G technology has the potential to target individuals and to assassinate them with huge bursts of directed energy. Russian and Cubans apparently have been using 5G technology to harm U.S. diplomats in Cuba. Smart phones could trace a person's location, then multiple 5G towers could beam energy to that smart phone for the kill. Not only this, but directed tower energy has been shown to cause brain cancer, and cell phones stored in breast pockets can cause breast cancer. So, yes, these are inventions that can kill us either directly through radiation bursts, or slowly through developing tumors due to radiation exposure. It is not only humans, but also plants and animals, that are being adversely affected and are dying. Beware: Qanons or anyone who post anti-deep state posts via Smart Phones could be traced, targeted by these 5 G towers, and then murdered.

2018-09-13 05:43:03 UTC

We use the old fashioned flip phones, not smart phones, and we do not carry them around, but leave them charging most of the time. 5G has not come into our neighborhood yet. You will know when 5G is present because these towers must be placed about every 200 feet. Could these 5G towers be disguised as street lamps? Sadly people are demanding better cellular service, so they plan to roll out 5G in all the major cities b y 2020.

Daiya makes dairy free yogurt and various cheeses. I highly recommend their products although I have not had their yogurt @Anessa QT

2018-09-20 01:06:32 UTC

@Jesco White We don't have Daiya here. I have plain soy milk and Bulgarian starter and a cheap yogurt maker, I think I can make it myself and save a bundle. I'll look into Daiya some more and see if any stores out of my area carry it. Thank you for replying. ๐Ÿ˜„

Your welcome hun and that's great that you make stuff homeade. That's definitely the way to go for so many reasons! @Anessa QT

2018-09-20 01:57:58 UTC

@Jesco White I've never heard of Field Roast. I'm going to check them out now. I'm in the middle of California, small town, not much here but I wouldn't change it (except for the politics). The only reason I make my own is that's what I was taught by my grandparents, everything homemade first. Store bought if you can't help it. Smart Italians. ๐Ÿ˜‰ I make it because it's like art and I love art, so it's creating something from a basic ingredient. You are so helpful. I enjoy reading your tips. Thank you so much.

2018-09-20 02:05:24 UTC

You are welcome! Very smart upbringing! Im in Indiana but live in the city, so I have alot of options thank goodness! I like cooking too. I liked watchin my parents cook when I was a kid, and they'd let me make things for them! Good times!

2018-09-20 02:14:28 UTC

@Jesco White The big cities are at least an hour drive away, but they aren't big if you live in the populated areas, but they are big to me. Walmart has the Field Roast cheese that I'm going to try. I've missed a simple cheese sandwich so this will be something to look forward to. Now I'll be dreaming of cheese slices. LoL As a kid, we only got to watch our Grandmother cook, so to learn we had to watch and remember. She cooked for the whole family every Sunday, all my cousins were there, too. It was like a Holyday every Sunday.I miss everyone so much, they have all passed on. I was the youngest of all, it's been hard. I have one brother and one sister left from a big family. I don't have kids so it's my cats, dog are my kids. Yes, agree with you, those were good times. โค

2018-09-20 02:30:24 UTC

2018-09-20 07:19:36 UTC

@Anessa QT and @Jesco White be careful with soy products. I have to get to sleep but can go into it more another time if youโ€™re interested. Field Roast is great IF you have no wheat or gluten issues. Daiya has some good items and so does Follow Your Heart. We love their soy free vegenaise.

2018-09-20 13:10:04 UTC

Yes i love the veganaise. I'd be interested about the soy. I've heard good and bad

2018-09-20 21:34:56 UTC

@lmbd You are so sweet, you brought tears to my eyes...in a good way. โ™ฅ

2018-09-20 21:40:25 UTC

@MamaLana Sourdough The only soy I eat is real soy beans: soy milk, tofu. I've heard the soy protein isolates are bad for you so I don't eat that. I don't eat the fake meats...they don't appeal to me. I mostly eat quinoa and beans. I have wheat and mainly gluten issues for sure. I can't eat dairy, gluten, sesame allergy, or pork, eggs, and beef is hard for me to digest so I do without all of those. Never tried veganaise, I make my own no egg mayonnaise.

2018-09-21 01:38:08 UTC

First batch of Soy Yogurt (I'll call it Joygurt) is started. I used 32 ounces of EdenSoy plain soymilk, 1/2 packet of a Bulgarian culture, shook it up in the carton and poured into the large bowl of the yogurt maker I bought for 16 dollars, it's a Greek Yogurt maker but I doubt I'll use the strainer unless it's very liquid. I'll let it culture for 10-12 hours and see how it goes. This is so exciting. ๐Ÿ˜œ

2018-09-21 05:22:21 UTC

The thing about soy is that itโ€™s an estrogen receptor. I recently heard a woman say that soy helps her with hot flashes. So thereโ€™s that. Personally, IF I buy any tofu, it must be sprouted and organic, but we just donโ€™t use it. Plus hubby is allergic to it, so we donโ€™t exactly miss it. Soy was very hard on my digestive system- in any form. I imagine since youโ€™re culturing it, itโ€™s probably easier on your system. Sounds yummy either way!

2018-09-21 14:22:48 UTC

soy for general use should be fermented first

2018-09-21 14:24:02 UTC

it's not ment to be available as unfermented food source, which is why we have the soy-boy problem

2018-09-22 06:15:07 UTC

Anyone here on carnivore or Ketogenic? Very healing

2018-09-22 07:03:32 UTC

@JGrimez Yes, we are on a ketogenic diet. Good for losing weight.

2018-09-22 07:06:02 UTC

@MamaLana Sourdough - We are very allergic to soy in any form. It causes internal inflammation and swollen feet. Our feet would swell so badly that we had difficulty walking. Yes, this is a mild form of anaphalysis, so we cannot have any more soy. Soy allergies are often associated with bean/pea/peanut/legume allergies.

2018-09-22 14:33:27 UTC

@Xenios2011 interesting association- my hubby became allergic as an adult (as far as we know but imho, it was probably low level/underlying since he was a kid) to peanuts and walnuts. A few years later, heโ€™s now also allergic to ALMONDS and predictably, soy. I did not expect the almond allergy though. Just tells me that even the organic stuff has been contaminated (the crops). Too many people have b come allergic to too many things. I believe thatโ€™s part of the problem with vaccines as well - too much poison for our bodies.

2018-09-22 14:48:09 UTC

mamalana. if he is allergic to almonds, he might also be allergic to stone fruits. My daughter is allergic to fresh peaches, plums, almonds(but not other nuts) peas, birch, but can eat all of that if it is cooked(aside from birch ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

2018-09-22 15:08:44 UTC

Peas... yikes...

2018-09-22 15:09:41 UTC

@Xenios2011 @Dustin Nemos do we have any way of creating a referral list for holistic/biological/fm dentists? Not to be publicly posted, but โ€œcirculatedโ€ to those in need?

2018-09-22 15:11:59 UTC

Itโ€™s going to be similar to vaccine issues on a lower level - the ADA and companies like Colgate-Palmolive and Proctor & Gamble are HUGE and very attached to their incomes.

2018-09-22 21:27:14 UTC

@Dustin Nemos @MamaLana Sourdough Do an Internet search via duckduckgo.com for a replay of the Webinar on dental health, root canals, amalgam fillings, and the link to cancer. I will try to search for any links. It was a while ago ... possibly in the Spring of 2018. It most likely will be edited and a new Webinar produced in 2019. safer option than cigarettes = vaping. I've done a lot of research on it, ask me about the biased fake studies against vaping.

2018-10-09 05:16:14 UTC

I don't vape, but I would advise if you do to get naturally flavored/organic ones unless you want to inhale VOCs. On that note, I hope Trump has the EPA and FDA finally serve our needs, including banning laundry detergents and soaps containing harmful chemicals, or at the very least to match the standards found in Europe, and to relax regulations such as that found for raw milk based cheese, namely brie and raw milk should be legalized nationally and mandatory vaccines abolished by any state, including California.

@Springjack there's a lot more VOC's in the air you breathe and in cigarettes than there is in vaping http://www.ecigarette-research.org/research/index.php/whats-new/whatsnew-2015/230-sp3

i didn't like that vaping was being referred to as aerosol though, aerosol is under pressure like in a can, a spray, vaping is neither of those things

Curcumin, the active ingredient in Turmeric , is only about 5% in the turmeric root. The curcumin 95% is commercially available. It is one of the best natural anti-inflammation nutrients around.
