The scripts I have ENabled for that site are everything on the base URL name (qanonposts.com) and cdn.jsdelivr.net. I had no interference. The cdn.jsdelivr.net scripts are needed in order to load the pictures. If you disable that, you'll have links instead. I don't know who maintains that site. If this was actually pointed at Q-related things and not a run-of-the-mill malware on a server in a site hosting farm, then either it's over or depends on certain scripts.
