China will ally with any enemy of (the U.S.) in order to achieve their tactical and strategic objectives (read as supporting Awan brothers spying on Congress, etc.). I do not know what gold or silver will do in the next five years. Gary, for your audience, the reason Dem's and Rep's feel they can get away with dissing their "constituency" is they are non-accountable, or so they think. We the People have the power to recall through a warrant "By what authority" (Quo Warranto), the authority for which will be found in the respective State's Statutes-at-Large. It is founded in English and American common law, and originated in writing (as far as I can determine) with an English king who desired the power to remove public or private officials "for just cause", which we call "bad behavior" (violation of Oath of Office) in America. The Oath of Office is based in unwritten law, at a time when a public promise, violated ,was punish-able by removal from office and further grievance by an affected party could be heard in the proper court, for redress of the violation. and possible punishment of the offender. An public oath was considered "sacred". It is up to the individual to learn the law. We cannot know all of man's law, but all law is based upon the tenants of natural law, which correlates well with Western Civilizations' "Reason, Morality and Religion" accords, in history. Therefore, if one knows the foundation of all law, law becomes simple. Law cannot be irrational, must be simple, moral and accord with society, it's individual members ,and society as a whole. People do not institute government to hurt themselves and, if they did, it would not be a legitimate government (law). Question all authority, as to whether it is reasonable, whether it is moral and as to whether it addresses man's nature and what good behaviour (a lower standard than good conscience) demands. Aim for the higher law in your own actions and hold others accountable for fundamentally wrong behavior; a just punishment, and certainty of punishment, minimizes wrongdoing.

My experience in active military affirms a belief that people who display aberrant sexual tendencies are not fit for the rigors of a highly disciplined military environment. This is not an absolute however, but the clear majority of sexual subcultures during the 1980's in the active duty Air Force were not fit to serve. This is not to say they were not good people, just that sexual orientation is so basic to social interaction that it creates problems in the social fabric of the military environment when people act out with disregard for the proprieties of that social interaction. In the military, these proprieties are known and are exacerbated as compared to the civilian sector. There is a history and a culture at risk, which places the military social fabric (moral) in jeopardy and, thereby, military effectiveness.

Desimated. In the New Mexico "Constitution", Legislators have redefined "victims" in such a way that a potential victim is considered a victim and is protected. So, one does not have to BE a victim, only be the First To Claim victimhood. There is a Maxim of Law which states "First in time, first in law." I believe, but do not know for sure, that this was at the onset of "Family Law" in New Mexico, and an undermining of natural law. "First in time, first in law" only means that it is the defendant which must overcome the initial presumption(s) (in the complaint), and does not create rights, only a law process The problem is that New Mexico "courts" throw "contempt" around like candy on Halloween. It's hard to defend oneself while in the hooskow, and afterwords, your reputation gives you undesired "street cred".
