So I looked and found something else that is working very well for me. I would give it a try. It has given me energy and better overall health. Easier to exercise and a desire to do it. A desire to clean more. It also taste quite good and is naturally sweet.
It goes quite a way as well. Does not take much to make the tea. You can make it in a coffee maker or a tea kettle. I may see if a lower temp will make it taste even better but I doubt it will.
I never thought I could find anything that would help me this much.
