I showed my sister this last night
She was not prepared
?
@Deleted User Damn it I don't have my pastry pictures but just you wait till I have them! I'll have you beat.
I feel bamboozled that I didn't know about this server before
Got to the christmas stream way late, anyone got a link to the first 4 hours of it?
He put it in private. You missed Question Most Things losing his shit and screaming at someone. It was scary but much needed. Everyone was thinking what he said.
It was hilarious
He invaded another stream and was bitching about how he got kicked
Oh? Who's stream? What did he say?
Sinatra_says. A channel with ~20k subs. He bitched in a few superchats
Man, you homos get up to some wild shit when I'm away from my computer
Has anyone ever seen the movie "It Comes At Night"?
Fucking lol, did I drive that moron @Ceekr#4683 off with science?
He's too stupid to understand, but so that his nonsense doesn't poison other minds I guess I have to respond.
Yeah. He just kind of ragequitted
I'm a neuroscience student, this guy doesn't even have a first semester bio student's knowledge.
The Dunning-Kruger is STRONG with them.
Has anyone seen the movie "Gay Niggers From Outer Space"?
I have only heard tell of it
@Dinosorcerer same
"A gene from Agrobacterium (which was created and causes tumors in plants) was introduced into the plants that end up "round up ready" so yes it has been genetically fused with it."
Moron, that is not "genetically fusing" with a small molecule, that's retarded. What it IS doing is incorporating a gene for a glyphosate insensetive EPSP synthase enzyme, that's it. Roundup, and enzymes unaffected by it, are not the same thing at all. It is not putting "pesticides" in your food, it is modifying a plant to resist whatever glyphosate comes in contact with it. Agrobacterium, interestingly, is normally used as the vector to introduce foreign genes into plants, it just so happens that this time the gene was from the bacterium itself.
"It's simple: if you want herbicides and pesticides in your food then go for it but you're literally retarded thinking that its harmless. "
That depends on the herbicide and insecticide, there are compounds in plants that are beneficial to humans but also kill insects, bacteria or fungi. Also, roundup ready crops do not have genes encoding enzymes for some metabolic pathway that makes glyphosate, they merely have a somewhat different enzyme in one step of one of their vital metabolic pathways that is unaffected by glyphosate, that's it.
But muh organic foods
"And honestly you should stop shilling for monsanto because quite frankly you're going to be responsible for misleading any idiot that believes you and continues to eat roundup."
Roundup is quite a good herbicide, and of low toxicity as herbicides go. Unfortunately, because of this people are overusing it, leading the emergence of resistance in weeds. Monsanto are trying to get all the farmers to cycle what herbicides they use to abrogate the problem. This is sort of like how antibiotics were a massive gift to humanity squandered to fatten fucking livestock, except Monsanto are a lot more responsible than pharmaceutical companies, actually trying to prevent resistance rather than merely overselling in the short term.
People aren't "idiots" for believing science and mountains of evidence over conspiracy theories and lies.
Also, again, the seeds don't produce roundup, they just produce plants that won't be killed by it.
"You are the one thats going to feel it in 20 years while i eat organicially laughing at you and your smug monsanto shill friends. ๐"
You seem to believe in organic foods and the supposed enormous harmful effects of GMOs and trace roundup in much the same smug way that christfags believe in Jebus and Hell.
They smugly declare that they'll laugh down at the stoopid atheists when they're burning in hell, and you smugly declare that you'll laugh at all those stoopid science believers when they're suffering from the health effects of the evil GMOs.
OK, but once I ate a graple and it was delicious.
"and the fact that you (have to/ choose to) use supplements at all proves to me that you are the one that doesn't understand biology. Our bodies are self healing and self regulating (well maybe yours isnt because you love monsanto so much) which means if you have blood sugar problems you need to change your diet and which foods you put into your body... not just take a pill."
I have to take sublingual B12 because I do not have the part of my bowel that absorbs it, and I have to take vitamin D because I live in Tasmania and am prone to Major Depression. I take Berberine because it is a plant compound with beneficial effects, especially for someone like me. Given that it's a plant compound that hippie tards like you normally love, I find it odd that you would disapprove.
"I didn't realize there would be shills in orwell's discord. I'll leave you guys to circle jerk with eachother. I'm done with you and will not be responding. Peace"
Calling people who know anything about science "shills" and ragequitting is a surefire sign that you have won the debate!
Who are you talking to, and where are they?
They already ragequit.
I still had to correct them though.
This person made a giant post somewhere here and then deleted it (but not before you c/p'ed it)?
No, it's still there, search one of the quotes.
Whoa, about ten hours ago. Part of the reason why arguments/debates with people on Discord is a pain in the ass, especially larger channels, if you're not immediately back-and-forthing with them in the moment. Waiting for a response and finding yourself wading through like 5000 posts to find what they said (not *that* bad in this case but still)
Good thing most of what I do on Discord is shitpost, posting links to music or generally small talk (even if the talk ends up not being so "small" going by how needlessly wordy I get) I... guess.
And @MerricBrady I myself have seen the masterpiece that is Gayniggers from Outer Space when was it, several years ago. The titular characters travel to Earth to rescue men from "female creatures!" It's less than half an hour long, you could probably find it on YouTube or some shit. A jovial time for those who get a kick out of wacky-premised, wackier-titled films made on a budget of absolute zero.
Christ in heaven, the last jedi is a steaming pile of shit
So lemme get this straight: the entire reason the whole plan of the resistance fails is because the acting leader communicates literally no part of her master plan to the members of the resistance, letting them instead go on believing that the fleet is doomed and that there's no plan, hence the secret infiltration plan that fucks over the resistance's escape plan. You didn't need to give the crew specifics, just indicate that you indeed have a good plan and that you aren't just spinning your wheels with everyone's lives on the line.
They don't even give a throwaway answer as to why this had to be such a big hairy secret, they just move on. Fucking hell, the resistance deserves to lose.
Oh. I'd also like to point out that this movie is TWO AND A HALF HOURS LONG.
I was unable to catch the christmas livestream, how'd it go?
Absolute clusterfuck
Still great
break it down for me man, the video is down on youtube so I can't see for myself
They talked about AIDS Haitians, "diversity in movies", went through Vice headlines, talked about racial differences, invited this pagan sperg on, and a lot more
I heard that voices got raised at some point?
Yes๐๐
what happened my dude?
This pagan started bitching about how Christmas was pagan and got in a religious argument with Fascistball
Reading above chat for a second, Question lost his shit?
Yep
details pls
It was after what I just said
go on
I can't remember exactly what he said
The guy also ruined Pigdin so there's that
When this stream was planned Orwell said that CRP would be coming on, did he behave himself?
CRP didn't show, probably because this was planned before the drama clusterfuck
I still don't know what I think of CRP. The way he converses reminds me of me when I was on 54mg of Methylphenidate Hydrochloride daily. plus he comes off as shifty
He seems like a secondary character in a mobster movie
Basically he converses like an ADHD kid with Aspergers that take ultra high strength Ritalin. But not in a benign retarded way, more like a used car salesman who pretends to have mob connections
Still an excellent shit stirrer which I'd hilarious
He's ok, I much prefer Jim tbh
Granted he was one of the first to bust Kraut's balls
Yes, but he busts people's balls in a weird, obsessive way that kind of makes him look like a twat. Like the thing with Kraut's accent
Please take into account that this is a gut feeling I am basing this off, but something about him just grates with me, I do not trust him.
He's brown, that's why
fucking niggers
I know not why but he reminds me of this quote
โThere are five character flaws that are dangerous for a general. If he is reckless, his men can be killed. If he is cowardly, his army can be captured. If he is short-tempered, he will react in anger. If he is self-important, he can be deceived. If he is attached to his men, he will hesitate at a crucial moment. These five flaws are certainly unfortunate for a general because they cause great destruction in war. These five flaws cause generals to fail and armies to die. Consider them well.โ
Which flaw is his, do you think?
Self important
I can't quite pin it down, the way he acted around Jeff Holiday has thrown me for a loop
I'd argue that (despite appearances) it's recklessness. See his latest debacle with Sargoy
He is very insecure and emotional, plays it off as if he's confident and knows what's he's talking about.
Damn, excuse my grammar I'm not proofreading.
The way he fell silent when Jeff called him on the Kilroy comment suggests to me Cowardice
I'd say all but attachment
But the root is insecurity in my opinion.
but that's unfair of me to say, as jeff pursued the kilroy comment a bit far
Yeah, he has no attachment at all.
So he's failed as a strategist when filtered through the metrics of Sun Tzu
@Anemic Crusader bummed you missed the stream through. It was... interesting. Lol
I had to do stuff with my family
Ghey
Isn't Jeff Doxxiday one of the people who were on Kraut's discord?
