Wow, it’s funny you mention that “zooming” technique. I literally do that all the time, at least a couple times a week. I love to think about the size of the universe and how small we really are. Also how unique each of us are in the world alone and then the universe. But everyone deals with trauma differently, the best they know how to I suppose.

I would just learn a ton of stuff but then I switched to "just in time" learning and would write out to-do lists on projects, then as I started building something, I'd learn the pre-req knowledge required to do it.
