For you really young guys out there, stay the fuck away from financial debt as much as you possibly can, but still build credit. Also save all of your money as much as possible, spend when you have 30K in the bank as a buffer and don't go below that.

Food is really fucking expensive as well, cook at home to make it as cheap as possible. I'd be sitting on 50K rn if I didn't blow off all my cash.
