@Tanner - SC I know it'll be easier to pay it to get fixed but I also really want to learn how to fix it myself, so starting from square one and fully fixing up my bike I think would be a good way to learn. Where would you personally recommend I start?

someone redpill me on deadlifting. i get my fitness advice from a guy who's lifted for a long time and is exceptionally knowledgeable about fitness and health, and he doesn't do deadlifts because squats and other lifts work out all the same muscles without nearly the same risk of injury. second opinions anyone?

@BigBadSaxon - ID I put my stats into a meal planner and told it I was trying to lose fat and put on muscle and choose the x2 protein option, figured that would lead to faster muscle growth

Working out at the YMCA is such a mixed bag of whitepills and blackpills
on one hand, I see a lot of white kids and white families being active and being together

I was really nervous in the moment since the cops showed up and panicked a little bit. Cooler heads will prevail in the future and it won't happen again.
